Downstairs, the cabin offers a queen bedroom and a daybed with trundle with full bath and walk-in shower. Upstairs offers a master king bedroom with en suite bath with an oversized walk-through shower. The cozy conversation pit in the open loft is the perfect place to pull out one of the many games, including the arcade table, to create lasting memories with the family. A half bath off the loft ensures everyone's privacy. Back-to-back inside and out propane fireplaces (available Late Oct-March), a detached covered hot tub, swings, and grill give more opportunities to unwind and take a deeper breath.

Restoration Station is pet friendly (Additional $35/night, max 2 dogs, requested after booking confirmation) has WiFi, Hulu Live TV, smart televisions for your favorite streaming account, stainless steel appliances with a dishwasher, EV charging port, cornhole, porch swing and webbed swings, charcoal and propane grill, fire pit and a washer and dryer.

30th Anniversary Weekend

House was absolutely perfect for our family weekend with the kids to celebrate our 30th. House very clean. Outdoor area very comfortable to sit outside and enjoy any season.

Pretty, relaxing

Our stay at Relaxation Station was pretty good. The house overall was clean and spacious. The location was good with things close by. A little hard to find in the dark. The owners were quick to communicate which we appreciated. We would have loved to have been able to use the fireplaces as it was cold outside but they don't turn them on until the end of October. (Totally reasonable, it just would have been nice!) Our only real issue was there was no extra bedding anywhere. No throw blankets, no extra pillows or sheets etc. We did have enough towels and liked the black rags just for makeup. Nice touch! The bed upstairs did have some stains on the mattress cover, sheet and coverlet that looked like it may not have been washed prior to our stay. We did not notice this until we stripped the bed when leaving. Not a deal breaker just eh, an oversight. The hot tub was nice and clean, but about half of the string light bulbs were burnt out, outside so a little dark at night. Overall we had a good experience and would still recommend staying here.

Restoration Station

The property itself and views were amazing. The problem was the place didn’t seem like it was properly cleaned. The hot tub had a weird smell the first night and the second we didn’t want to get in it for very long. There was a used soap bar in the shower upstairs, a used floss tool in the downstairs shower, then a dirty plate of candy on the fridge. We ended up leaving early and getting another Cabin down the street. The place itself was great, whoever cleaned it before we got there was not.

Perfect retreat

The cabin was clean and cozy. Plenty of room to enjoy a quick vacation get away. The water at the river was cold and clear. We enjoyed listening to the water run thru the rapids. We saw deer that came right up to the house.

Restoring Getaway

Restoration Station was a great weekend getaway. Was clean and well maintained. Lights and heat were on for us as was the hot tub! Checkin was very simple. We enjoyed the peace and quiet and were able to restore ourselves. Plenty of outdoor activities are close by. The hiking was great! We will be going back for a longer stay soon.

Time Away

Very nice right in the woods/forest. Peaceful, quiet, clean and our dogs loved it! Went for a walk every morning with and without the dogs. Many deer to say hi to!

Cabin in the Woods Family Grad Trip

It was beautiful. I could live at Restoration Station for the rest of my life! Truly set in the woods and felt such peace sitting out on the back porch, in a comfy cushioned seat, and the fire going. Morning, noon and night. The hot tub was also a great way to relax. There wasn’t much pantry space for dry foods, but I truly could’ve cared less about that. Just a preparation statement of awareness for the next set of visitors. The beds were comfortable, basic kitchen and bathroom necessities were provided. Easy check in/out. We will be back! Thanks for providing a wonderful place to getaway.

Christmas getaway

When we walked into the home, we felt very welcomed very homey. We loved it and to wake up in the morning and see deer outside and just overall very enjoyable place hanging out with the family plenty of games to play with the kiddos. It was awesome.

Very nice location and nice cabin

So let me start out by saying this is a very nice property. They have a rating scale on the fridge they would like you to use and 5 stars they state “ great stay not perfect but few possible inconveniences (I guess you would call it)” well 5 stars to me would be a perfect stay but unfortunately it was not. It is all minor stuff that could be fixed or taken care of. 1. A lot of the bulbs on the outside around the deck and the hot tub are burnt out. Kinda looks funny when both the neighbors lights are all lit up and not burnt out. So not sure if they check on that or not? Also you have to go around and plug the lights in which is easy but not stated in an directions or anything. 2. The breaker was off on the hot tub and no where in the details did it tell us to turn it on so when we went to use it it was cold and we couldn’t use it the first night. 3. Doesn’t say in the description the fireplaces are turned off until October 15th which was a bummer because the nights would have been nice to sit outside with the fireplace going. 4 the upstairs bedroom door squeaks so loud it will wake everyone up. Simple fix that should have been addressed. 5. The kitchen chairs are not sturdy at all and feel like you’re going to fall through and the legs are all loose. 6. Be very CAREFUL sitting on the swing up front on of the small clamps they used is bent and going to fall off. Over all nice place. Owners don’t seem to interest in their guest or care which is unfortunate

Perfect

The property was beautiful and in a quiet area. Easy to find. Felt safe. Deer visited in the morning and evening. Lots of natural light. Very clean and lots of natural light. My son is in a wheelchair and had a little trouble with the rocks and slope of the parking, but nothing major to worry about. Just needed a little extra help now and then. Most parking lots in Hochatown were rocky so we made it work. I highly recommend this cabin for families.
