Need somewhere to stay for your next family vacation or a refuge to get away from it all? Look no further. This Tahoe Donner home is located just off the main road and right near all of the amenities that the area has to offer. This includes access to the Trout Creek Rec Center, swimming pools, hot tubs tennis courts, and a 5 minute drive will take you right to Donner Lake!
After you've had your fill of the amazing amenities and all the shopping and eating that Tahoe and Truckee have to offer, come back home to cuddle up next to the fireplace. Or during the summer, enjoy the fresh air or cook up something tasty on the grill out on the deck. Whatever your plans are, this is the home for you!
*Please note that this unit is located on the second level with stairs to access the unit.

- Kitchen: Fully equipped with a double door refrigerator (including ice and water dispenser), gas stove and oven, over-the-range microwave, dishwasher, and more!
- Dining Area: Seating for 6 and deck access
- Living Area: Setting for 5, fireplace, and television
- Deck: Outdoor dining seating for 4, additional seating for 3, and Traeger BBQ
- Master Bedroom: Queen size bed, armoire, sleeps 2
- Master Bathroom: En suite full bath with shower/tub, double sinks, and toilet
- Bunk Room: Twin size bunk bed, sleeps 4
- Guest Room: Full size murphy bed, sleeps 2
- Bathroom: Half bath with sink and toilet
- Laundry: Laundry room with stacked washer and dryer available for guest use
Parking
- Garage: Parking for up to 2 cars, depending on size of vehicles. Parking in garage ONLY.
Tahoe Donner Amenities: As part of your rental you will have 6 guest passes that will allow up to 1 guest per card to access Tahoe Donner facilities including pools, hot tub, children's play center, tennis, downhill skiing (discounted lift tickets), cross-country skiing, snow play area, golf, driving range, beach access at nearby Donner Lake, boat rentals, fitness center, horseback riding, campground, and an extensive system of hiking trails. Tahoe Donner does charge an entry fee upon arrival that is charged per person per day. Children 2 and under are free. For more information about Tahoe Donner's amenities and current pricing we recommend visiting their website. *AMENITY UPDATE: Beginning Sept. 2, all pools and hot tubs at Trout Creek Rec Center will close for a renovation project, with reopening estimated for mid-December. During this time, the sauna, steam room, gym and fitness classes remain open. The Northwoods Clubhouse Pool will remain open until October 10*
