Charming 3 bedroom house 2 blocks from beach. Can accommodate 6 people with 2 full size beds and 2 twin beds. 5 complimentary beach badges, off-street parking for 3 cars and WIFI. Close to downtown, Point Pleasant boardwalk, and other attractions. This little cottage is a gem with a long fun history. Once a fisherman shack from the 1920's to now an updated cottage for retreats to the beach for rest and relaxation. Manasquan is known for its quiet weekdays to bustling weekends. Linens and towels are not provided.

Great Trip!

Erin's property was great! Everything was clean and as pictured. The location was also great as it was a super quick walk to the beach! Would recommend this property to anyone looking for a family trip to the Jersey Shore!

Amazing Beach Bungalow

My group stayed here for Labor Day Weekend and it was perfect! The house was spacious and was within walking distance to the beach. The host was extremely responsive the whole time and answered all our questions as they arose. I definitely recommend staying at this property!

Perfect stay with great location

Erin’s beach house was the perfect weekend getaway spot for my friends and I. Any questions prior or during our stay were answered promptly and check in was super easy. The house is exactly as described and pictured in the listing. Super clean and accommodated all of our needs. The house is a quick walk to the beach which was amazingly convenient. Sincerely enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend!

Fisherman's cottage

This cottage a block and a half away from the beautiful jersey shore beaches has an adorable screened-in porch, is decorated with my favorite mermaids, pirates & fisherman decour & had plenty of space for the 4 of us to stay there for a few days.

Perfect summer cottage

Perfect family getaway. We had an amazing time walking to beach daily, to fisherman’s cove, and to ice cream and all mannesquan had to offer! Close to point pleasant for boardwalk and Friday night princess dining. 30 mins from seaside water park. We had a lovely trip and I would definitely rent again!! Only heads-up for young families is driving to the laundromat a few times and that was super easy for drop off and pick up options. Thanks for a wonderful week 💜

Lovely beach cottage

This property was perfect for a quick getaway for our family of 5. The kids loved the house and we loved the ease of getting back and forth to the beach! Everything we needed was at the house and then some! No detail was overlooked! Erin was also super responsive and accommodating. Definitely hope to stay again!

Very Close to Beach!

We had a fabulous stay at this house. It's small just like the pictures show. That being said, it's a cute, clean and comfortable house with amazing location a VERY short walk to the beach. Beach bathrooms are located on this block as well. Great little beach house if your main priority is to walk up to the beach and spend most of your day there. It's also a short walk to beach concessions and bars, but far enough away that it's a very quiet block.

FABULOUS 4th of July weekend at the Jersey Shore! :)

Erin's home was exactly what we were looking for over the 4th of the July weekend. The history of the home warmed my heart! It was pristine and had every amenity that we needed including extra paper products and beach badges! :) My family laughed the entire weekend and made such wonderful memories at her cottage. We hope to come back again soon! Would HIGHLY recommend!!! Deserves 1000 stars! :)

Great beach house!

Three of us stayed in this comfortable, well equipped house. Close to the beach, in a quiet area, and close to attractions. Host was very responsive. House is well outfitted for a day at the beach as well as relaxing around the house.
