Detta är en stor hyra för ett par (eller liten familj) som vill fly de kalla vintrarna och njuta av den tropiska Florida solsken och vackra socker vita sandstränder. Anna Maria Island ligger bara en timme från två internationella flygplatser (Tampa International och Sarasota / Bradenton International), på västkusten i Florida, och en kort en timme och trettio minuters bilresa till alla nöjesparker och sevärdheter i Orlando Florida!

Vår marknivå hem är trevligt inredda med ljusa tropiska färger, platt-TV i varje rum och gångavstånd till allt du behöver när du är på semester!

Anna Maria Perfection

This rental gives you everything you need from a beach cottage in AMI. Very comfortable, well equipped, well located and a couple of minuted walk from the beach. And Debbie's communications were exemplary. Highest recommendation to others, and I'll definitely be back.

Perfect island getaway

We have rented houses while travelling for over 20 years. This house was one of the very best! Extremely clean, comfortable and welcoming - it has the feeling of a well loved home of a friend. Even the bed and pillows were comfortable. (That is rare). We both LOVED the shower. The owner is great - excellent communication and went out of her way to make us feel at home. The house itself is super cute and very private with empty lots on either side and a large backyard. Very good location on the island - easy, short walk to the beach and walking distance to shops and restaurants. In short, the perfect place for a relaxed, worry free vacation. Thank you Debbie, we will definitely be back!

Perfect tropical beach house!

We were looking for an easy-in, easy-out beach house rental that was close to the beach and walking distance to the amenities of the island. This house was perfect. So adorable and obviously lovingly cared for and maintained. Super convenient to cute restaurants (we loved the food at Slim's and a nice dinner at Sign of the Mermaid, both which were on the very next block) and just a block to the beautiful beach. 2 really cute bedrooms and a nice bathroom, plus an enclosed outdoor shower which we used every single day after the beach with our kids. A great little tropical getaway that's easy, convenient, and relaxing!

Beach Babymoon in Paradise

We stayed here for our babymoon and it was amazing! The house is super cozy and clean. The beds are all so comfortable; my husband and I both slept really well. It also the best location! We we able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. We walked to pine ave to shop, and get massages. We were able to walk to the beach every night to catch the most beautiful sunsets. I can’t say enough about this beach house. We will definitely be returning to this gem.

Perfect Getaway - secret hidden gem!!!

Super cute house with all the amenities! Full kitchen, 2 bedrooms 1 bath and an outdoor covered shower for when you get back from the beach. We went to the beach almost daily which is on the same street .... so convenient! We rented bikes that were delivered to the house and it was so nice to cruise around the island and to the pier and ice cream shop. True island life, highly recommend this house and location!

Our favorite rental on Anna Maria!

This has been one of our favorite homes to rent. Everything we needed; the beach, restaurants, the islands free shuttle and community center are within walking distance. This home has some of the most comfortable bedding that I have found away from my own home and the beautiful bright decor reminded us each morning that we were on vacation! We will be back!

I am a lifelong Florida resident. Married with two children, we reside in the Tampa area. As a former cheerleader for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, I am a big fan! During the summer months we enjoy our beautiful home in Anna Maria going fishing, spending the day at the beach or just relaxing.

We chose to purchase our second home on Anna Maria Island not only for the clear water, white sandy beaches, but also because of the accessibility. Our property is located one hour from two major international airports; Tampa and Bradenton/Sarasota. The island has some of the best fishing in Florida, outstanding restaurants and great little boutiques for shopping!

Our home is located on the most beautiful stretch of white sandy beach on the desirable North end, in the city of Anna Maria. You are also within walking distance from great waterfront restaurants, boutique shopping, the Island Community Center and the Island's free shuttle. Everything is literally just steps away, including sugar white sand and crystal clear water in the Gulf of Mexico!
