Originally built as Loeb Farmsâ onsite veterinarianâs historical home, the recently renovated Queenâs Quarters now boasts 5 beautiful bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms to accommodate guests who will appreciate the propertyâs historic charm.
Queenâs Quarters is very well-suited for wedding groups and is close to both Castle Farms and downtown Charlevoix. Please note that we do not allow parties at our homes. Also, it is one of our two homes near the Castle. Inquire about our other property called "Parravon" that sleeps up to fourteen.
The large driveway allows for parking of at least six vehicles.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende
The house is situated about a quarter mile into the neighborhood off a main highway. It's a very quiet neighborhood and many of the homes are beautiful estates that sit off the road. There is plenty of safe, quiet roads to walk.
We have 2 boats for rent, at additional costs. Not included with property rental.

There is a pet fee of $125. We love dogs, but realize that not all of our guests do. We work hard to make sure there is no evidence after each four legged guest so we have the following rules:
1. No dogs on the furniture.
2. You must clean up all waste in the yard. If not, a fee of $50-$100 will be charged.
3. Dogs must not be left alone at the house unless crated.
4. The pet fee you paid covers your dogâs stay. Any additional cleaning required (hair, paw prints, dirt, etc) because of your dog will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. We do have cleaning supplies available at the house, so if there is a need to clean up after your dog, youâll have the opportunity. Please DO NOT wash/dry comforters. Again, we just ask that pets are not on the beds (or any furniture).
