Complimentary tennis racquet and balls as well as Volley ball equipment is provided at the Clubhouse for your convenience. Arrangements can be made for fishing poles if you choose to fish during your stay. It is a catch and release Lake.
Other activies include Lake Louisa, which is 10 mins away. Lakeridge Winery offering free wine tasting and only 20 mins away, and close to Margaritaville offering water park, dine in Movie Theater and loads of local Restaurants. Only a 60 minute drive to Florida Gulf Coast offering great beaches such as Clear Water Beach. Fast wifi speed and all smart TVs in all bedrooms.
Located in a prime location in the Clermont area, just 5 minutes to I-4 for easy access to all of the major attractions. Close to Champions Gate, Posner Park shopping and Publix Plaza, World Class Golf Courses, and perfectly located within 20-30 minutes of all of the popular parks such as Disney World (15 minutes), Universal (26 minutes), SeaWorld (23 minutes), and Orlando Tree Trek Adventure Park (10 minutes).
Home is equipped with keyless smart locks and alarm. Access is typically the last 4 digits of the primary guest phone number. There are 2 exterior cameras....one in the front of the property facing the driveway and one in the back for security reasons. None of our cameras faces the inside of the house.
MASTER SUITE offers a 1 king bed and a smart TV. Ceiling fan also available. It has sliding doors that leads to the pool area. The master bathroom offers a bidet also has slidindg door that leads to the pool area. Also offering a bidet and Rain shower head

KITCHEN....fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counters....it also offers an air fryer . Our kitchen comes with most items that will be needed for cooking. If there is an item not provided we will try our best to accommodate it if possible.
FAMILY ROOM....our family room offers a smart TV and as sliding doors that leads to the pool area. Also comes with a QUEEN Sofa bed with memory foam mattress...Ceiling fan also available

GAME ROOM.....Our game room features a 65-inch smart TV, a pool table, an air hockey table, and two arcade games, providing endless entertainment options. We also have a selection of board games and pool toys available for your enjoyment. The room is air-conditioned and equipped with a ceiling fan for your comfort. Please remember to remove pool toys from the pool when they are not in use.
OUTDOOR POOL/SPA.....you have the option to get this heated for an extra cost. We service our pools once per week but debris and leaves can get in the pool especially on a very windy day. We also provide a pool skimmer so you can remove any leaves or debris. We offer a paid service if you want the pool to be cleaned more frequently during your stay.
This luxury pool villa offers 2 master ensuites with the main master facing the pool. There are 2 additional bedrooms and a game room offering a pool table, air hockey and several board games. All bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs as well as a 65 inch TV in the family room. The kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances inlcuding a Keurig and coffee maker. An airfryer and a smokeless indoor grill.
Propane gas grill is also available for rent. Charcoals grill is available at the property free of charge.
Our pool is outdoors and located in the back yard. It is cleaned weekly and we make every attempt to keep it free of debris and leaves, but at times leaves and debris may end up at the surface especially on a windy day. We have provided a portable skimmer for you to remove any of these items should you encounter any.
To conserve energy, when our exterior doors and door leading to the garage or game room is open for more than 5 minutes the Ac will be shut off. If you like the fresh outdoor air that is great because if you open the exterior doors the AC will be off in 5 miuntes. However, if you prefer the home to be cool from the Ac it is important to keep all exterior doors and the door leading to the garage or game room closed at all times.
We provide complimentary WIFI, however there may be times when our WIFI goes out due to no fault of ours especially during bad weather or if the Provider is unable to provide services if there main equipments are out. This however rarely happens
No restrictions in getting around. Lots of parking and all free. Overnight street parking is not allowed. Overnight parking is available at the clubhouse parking lot. Uber and Lyyft are readily available. Our driveway can fit 4 cars or 2 SUVs

I currently live in the beautiful state of Florida. I love the warm sunshine and almost year round summer weather. I relocated from New York in 2012. I am originally from Kingston Jamaica and relocated to the States in 1989. I lived in New York until I relocated to Florida. I am definately a tropical girl and love the sand and beach. I love Central Floirda because it is more inland and does not get affected too much by hurricanes. I also love that I am within 1 to 2 hours of any of the beaches and I can choose the Atlantic or the Gulf Of Mexico beaches. I prefer the Gulf Of Mexico side. My favorite beach is Clear Water Beach so living in Central Florida I have access to all the theme parks and I am only 90 minutes away from my favorite beach.

This beautiful pool villa offers a spa and great accomodations on level of living. It is only 20 minutes to Disney World and 30 minutes to Universal Studios and about 20 mins to Seaworld. The beautiful Margaritiville was recently open and it is 10 mins away. Margarativille offers a Dine in Movie theatre, a state of the art water park. Several restaurants including Esteban that is owned by Gloria Esteban so there is lots of things to do outside the parks. This community offers a lake for catch and release fishing and also offers a tennis court and sand volley ball. All items for these can be picked up at the clubhouse. The clubhouse also offers a GYM and basket ball court. There is a business area for computer work and there are various events offered at the clubhouse throughout the year.
