Beautiful Home

My family and I enjoyed our quick stay at the home. It was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed. The kids really enjoyed the pool and the game room. I would definitely stay here again whenever we’re back in the area.

Absolute must visit

This was an unexpected find and the home is much more beautiful than the pics. My family felt completely comfortable in this clean, nicely decorated home away from home. The hostess was extremely hospitable, generous, responsive and welcoming. It is in a great location and has every amenity for family fun and relaxation. We most definitely plan to stay there on any future Orlando trips. Thank you for an awesome experience.

Good but some information hard to find

It was great the only thing is I had to hunt for information on the hot tub and I didn’t find anything till we were already there so it was too late but other than that it was a great place to stay.

Villa Serenity

Our family got together to go to the Strawberry festival in Plant City. The house was perfect for our family of 6 to get together and spend quality time together. Grocery stores and shopping was within 5 minutes of the house.We cooked breakfast and dinner at the house, which made our time together even better.Everything was great and clean, enjoyed the pool and the pool table too!We will stay here again next time we are in the area.

Quiet Lovely Home

We stayed at the home overnight while waiting to board our cruise the following day. Great communication, very clean and beautiful home. The host is concerned and caring. She has the home equipped with essential. We will definitely rent this home again.

Overnight stay before a cruise

Super clean , safe neighborhood, spacious , about an hour and a half from cruise port . Great deal for a family . Had dinner and breakfast there. No extra fees tacked on - Great value !

Great Family Rental!

Very nice home, well maintained and clean. Rental agent/owner was great to deal with and always responded in a very timely manner.Location was perfect as we were within 30 mins of most major attractions.Only suggestion would be for a bit of TLC in the Games Room to make it very accessible and warm.We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Less than impressed

We were disappointed in this rental. On the surface it was clean but found trash left in the nightstand drawers, empty water bottle under the bed major ant problem in the driveway, foyer and 1st bathroom, the bed in the bedroom closest to the game room had broken slats and the matteress sagged through (I have pictures) ,slats in the bed in the 2nd bedroom were broken as well but we managed to sleep on it without rolling into the middle. No night light on the master bedroom and a full size mirror leaned against the wall that is looking for an accident to happen, my mom kept running into it in the dark, kitchen lights are very dim. Listing states there is a hair dryer but we never found it. Overall not the worst rental but for the price paid was sadly disappointed.

Good Stay

The property was as described. We missed the info that we had to pay extra for the heated pool so just know that before you book! The kids were disappointed. The property inside could use a little TLC. One of the showers didn’t drain and hot water didn’t work. We made it all work though and enjoyed the proximity to Disney!

Family vacation

Sherlyne was a great host! Great communication. We loved staying at your beautiful home as we traveled to the keys, which allowed us to break up our drive on our way there and back. Kids loved the pool!

Great stop for a volleyball tournament

We stayed here to break up our traveling into Lake Wales for an early volleyball tournament. Although we didn’t get to enjoy the pool since we were only there for a night, the teens loved the game room. The kitchen was very comfortable, and it was easy to make breakfast for our small group. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, so it’s important to be respectful of the neighbors. Nearby is everything you need such as grocery stores and a Walmart. Thank you for opening up your home!

Nice Property. Needs maintenance. Friendly manager.

Pros: Nice manager. The major rooms in the living areas of home were very clean and nicely decorated like photos online. Cons: All 3 tables in home had rickety chair legs. This is a safety hazard. I notified the manager, Sherlyne, to let her know those chair legs should be tightened by maintenance. She didn’t address my concern about the chairs. Because of that, I didn’t bother to tell her about any other safety issues I found. For example: 1) One of the bedrooms had an exposed screw on the dresser; 2) There was debris (unboxed flooring, metal bars, loose screws on the floor, etc. in the hobby room) that could potentially be an issue for younger children or pets; 3) The step down to the uneven floor in the hobby room caused all of us to trip because it was unexpected. A simple sign that says "watch your step" would make that floor transition safer. Also, it would help to organize and clean the hobby room as it looks nothing like the photo online. It is actually a hodgepodge of items just placed in there for storage with the billiard and air hockey tables in the center and to one side. A child, pet or clumsy person could easily get hurt. The entire heating fee should have been refunded not just 1 day. Pool guy shocked & cleaned the greenish pool & turned on heating timer on last day but pool never got warm and timer turned off. Kids had fun, though. I have a heated pool & rain is no excuse. I expected to enjoy the pool and hot tub. I wanted to give 5 stars but just can't.

Excellent experience, will comeback for sure

We had a bad experience previously with this type of reservations, so I was a little nervous, to be honest. But Sherlyne was AMAZINGl!!! Starting from the house itself, perfectly decorated, clean, with everything you need for an excellent vacation and even more!! Moving on to the location, close to Orlando and the parks, many convenience stores within less than 1 minute. And if we talk about the host, excellent communication, she answered all my questions immediately, and any inconvenience she did everything in her power to solve it. We really had a wonderful few days, and we will definitely come back another time. 100% recommended.

Clean and comfy

We enjoyed our Villa Serenity over the weekend. The home was well cared for, clean, and well stocked. The host was extremely kind and prompt. The pool area and game room was a hit with my teens. Overall it was a very comfortable and relaxing stay.

FANTASTIC FAMILY WEEKEND

Phenomenal service, communication and accommodations! House has everything you need. I over packed. I will return, and now I know I can pack lightly. Beautifully decorated. We spent our stay cooking and enjoying the pool. We used the backyard to play soccer ball and the kids loved it! We watched movies and stayed in the pool at lot. Our kids are definitely water babies they really enjoyed themselves. Such a wonderful host! Thank you so much!!
