You'll enjoy a large sparkling swimming pool, hot tub, fire pit, BBQ, stocked chef's kitchen, 4 bdrms, 2.5 baths, work space & hi-speed wifi for working remote, AC, pool house w/ ping pong, foosball, games & tv. 10 min to amazing wineries.

Experience wine country in our newly remodeled home with 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths and a gourmet kitchen for preparing all of your meals (although being in wine country with so many amazing restaurants, you may not want to). After a day of wine tasting enjoy a refreshing swim in the pool, a game of foosball in the pool house or a short walk to downtown Santa Rosa or Montgomery Village. And with Sonoma, Kenwood, Healdsburg and Dillon Beach nearby & San Francisco just 50 miles away, there's always plenty to explore.

The space
We recently remodeled our 1950's ranch style home from head to toe and it's now a beautifully curated modern farmhouse- everything is stylish, fresh and bright with lots of natural light! In the gourmet chef's kitchen you'll love the Viking appliances, fully stocked kitchen and an oversized island that features a prep sink and is open to the living and dining spaces with plenty of room for everyone to gather.

Working from home or distance learning? We have blazing fast internet (600Mbps) and plenty of space for everyone to spread out and have their own quiet space in addition to a separate, dedicated work space.

Outside you'll enjoy our California weather while eating meals al fresco on our back patio which also includes a beautiful large swimming pool, fire pit, BBQ, large lemon and orange trees which we invite you to pick from as well as an entertainment pool house stocked with board games, puzzles, kids toys, a foosball table and 72" tv.

Centrally located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood that's great for walking but also close to hiking and biking trails for more vigourous outdoor activity as well as within walking distance to Downtown Santa Rosa and Montgomery Village for all of your dining, coffee, donut and shopping needs while wineries are just 6 miles away!

Guest access:
You'll have access to the entire house and pool house via smart lock and parking spaces under covered carport and in driveway as well as plenty of non-permitted street parking.

Max daytime guests in addition to those on reservation: 4
