Lee was a great host and was very welcoming on our arrival. The unit was in a convenient location, perfect for our needs with a fully equipped kitchen and the pool and patio right outside a spacious living room. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect place to stay!

Everything about the property was perfect & even better than we expected. Central location but you are guarded from road noise. Backyard is fully fenced in, with a separate side yard as well by the entrance. Our dog loved being able to run around freely! The yard/back patio is sectioned off to help separate the two sides of the duplex, which was perfect as we had our 6 mo. puppy with us. Patio and pool area is also enclosed so you can enjoy your night without bugs. Pool was clean, perfect temperature, & huge! Clean house with everything that you need (even a cooler!). Lee is an amazing host, extremely accommodating, and lets you have fun. We didn’t feel like we were being monitored all the time like you do at some rentals. Cannot recommend this property enough and we can’t wait to come back!

Great Location-Dog Friendly

Nice duplex with an owner that greeted us on arrival and met us again on departure. Great location for all east Boca/Deerfield activities. Clean shared pool at his duplex. Nice one bedroom studio with an owner that welcomed us and our 88lb dog.

Beach feel cozy apartment.

Clean and cozy one bedroom. Pet friendly. All kitchen and bath necessities. lots of eateries and shopping nearby. Owners are friendly and accommodating. They have updated the apartment and decorated with a beachy theme. Would visit again.

First time

This was our first time ever using VRBO or anything like it. Lee was our host. He made sure to explain everything to us and show the whole place to us. It was a great time! (Neighbor was a extra bonus!!!)

Long-awaited vacation

he house was absolutely perfect. My husband & I, my 2 dogs & my cat had the perfect get-away. I always stay at pet friendly hotels and homes, even when I'm unable to take my babies, to show my appreciation. The living room was well-appointed with very comfortable furniture & the TV channel selection was incredible. The kitchen was fantastic & had everything you would ever need, right down to ice cream bowls & wine glasses. The house was immaculately clean. The bedroom had a very comfortable king size bed. Lee thought of everything. Beach chairs & even a beach cooler were provided for us. There was a very nice outside area with a gas grill and a large, amazing pool, all of which was fully enclosed with screens, so there were no insects or anything. Lee & his wife decorated & furnished the house to make it a home. My dogs were welcomed in every area. The absolute best aspect of this home are the hosts. Lee & his wife were amazing! They made this house a home. I have traveled to many great places and stayed in some very nice hotels & homes across the country but always wanted to get home. No so this time. Lee made us feel like we were home. He & his wife were the most considerate, accommodating & welcoming people I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. They could make a shed feel like home. I cannot thank them enough for their kindness & hospitality & my husband & I cannot wait to go back & stay there again many more times.

Great location

The inside of this place was nice and the furniture was very comfortable. The full kitchen was much appreciated, as we found ourselves cooking in more than we anticipated. I have to be honest and say the outside area needs some help. We had our small dog with us and he constantly was getting these little burs, etc. stuck on his fur and paws. I think if the grass was mowed it may have helped. We always had to take the dog across the street to go out where it was better and grass not so high. The patio area was very much in need of some cleaning and new chair cushions. The cushions were all faded and had a strong mildew smell. The pool looked spotless and very nice though. I think some new patio cushions, a new umbrella and cleaning of the area would go a long way. We only sat outside once due to this. The owner, Lee, couldnt have been nicer. He was very helpful with any questions we had and seemed to want to make it enjoyable for us. Just some paint and a patio overhaul would make this place so much better. The location is handy to everything and that was a real positive for us.
