Spacious one bedroom apartment located on the second floor. This space includes a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room, two large balconies, great for enjoying a cup of coffee, reading, or sunbathing.

Walking distance to the beach, the main square, local markets and an array of delicious restaurants. 1 block to the beach and 6 blocks into town, Casa Agave II is a great location in the quiet end of town.

We provide bed linens and pillows, bath towels, hand towels, and wash cloths, bath soaps. Toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, sponges, and dish towels. Beach towels and beach chairs, trash cans and liners, purified water for drinking, basic pots, pans and cooking utensils. Gas stove, microwave, refrigerator with freezer and ice trays, toaster, and blenders. Basic spices including sugar and salt are usually available. Cleaning every 7 days is included

Lots of potential

Pros: - proximity to beach is less than 2 minutes walk- street is very quiet- view from the terrace is pleasant and with a pleasant/constant breeze - host was responsive when we had a small problem- AC (mini-split units) worked very well - Fans in both main roomsCons:- place is quite dated in furniture and desperately needs maintenanceex. tiles on bathroom are missing, outdoor furniture is so rusted that cannot be used, kitchen has many items requiring attention (cabinets, shelving poor conditions) - bed & sofas uncomfortable- price, considering condition, is not competitiveNote: Place is not adequate for older people or those with disabilities because of the steep stairs and bathroom tub access requiring a stool to enter it

Quiet Case

Great quiet location not too far from the beach. Home had everything I needed and loved having the big patio to sit and eat breakfast on.

Great place and location!

We stayed for just under a week. Clean and cool AC, great water pressure, comfortable bed, quiet neighborhood and close to beach clubs. Kristen was very nice and responsive whenever we had a question. This place is great and we highly recommend!

Solo traveller review

I enjoyed my stay at this property although it was a little further to the main town and shops and restaurants etc than I had thought. If you have a hire car or bike it would be better as its a good 20 minute walk in hot temperatures! The apartment itself was as pictured, although the bathroom and kitchen sink could do with upgrading as they were a little dated. The sofas in the lounge are not comfortable at all and also could do with updating or the addition of some cushions. The provision of unlimited bottled water was much appreciated as was being able to watch Netflix on a large TV! The area is usually quiet although I was unlucky as on my first night a hotel across the street had a private function on with very loud music playing until midnight. The other nights were absolutely fine though. Really comfortable bed, I enjoyed my stay here.

Our stay in Purto Morelos

The apartment was perfect for our needs. Kristen was terrific. She touched base before our arrival to see if we needed transportation from the airport. She met us at the apartment and told us everything that we needed to know. She encouraged us to contact her if we needed anything during our visit. We would stay again if we return!

Comfortable stay in lovely, quiet neighbourhood

We loved staying in this quiet neighbourhood just a short walk to the beach. We are swimmers and swam every day feeling safe at all times. The property had everything you need to cook and prepare your own meals. We enjoyed buying local foods and enjoying them in the comfort of the apartment.

Wonderful stay

There are 3 things my partner and I look for when we book a stay: Cleanliness Convenience Comfort Kristen's VRBO hit all those marks and then some. Her home is a great landing place to visit Puerto Morelos. It's in a very quiet neighborhood but yet close enough to walk to the restaurants and shops in the Puerto Morelo's quaint main square as well as the beach. It also helps that she is nearby in case an issue arises. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Kristen!

Great property - only recommendation is an upgrade in the living room furniture!

Great space and price, enjoyed everything
. It is about a 15 minute walk to town Center which was good with us and bike rentals are available
 close to the beach - great neighbourhood - great price 
. And wonderful landlord 
. only upgrade I would recommend is to the living room furniture - but we loved our stay!

Clean & Great Location

Kristen was responsive and very helpful with the check in process. She welcomed us to a clean apartment in a quiet area of Puerto Morelos, but only a very quick walk to the beach. The kitchen was well equipped, the shower had nice water pressure, and the AC worked great! The bed was too soft for my liking, but all in all the home was cozy and perfect for a lengthier visit. Would definitely stay here again!

Short walk to the beach!

Kristen's upstairs apartment is conveniently located on the quiet end of Puerto morelos but within a 15 minute walk to the center of town. The apartment has everything you need including beach chairs and beach towels. There is a large rooftop terrace to sit out on to enjoy the ocean breezes. Beach access is a short walk away. Unico beach club and bar is also very close where you can rent two loungers with umbrella for a small fee for the day. We enjoyed our stay at Ktisten's rental in beautiful Puerto Morelos.
