We offer Hi Speed Wireless Internet, Smart TV, washer, dryer and coffee bar to start you day off. Free Parking is included as well a nicely stocked kitchen.

Super conveniently located home walking distance to University of Central Oklahoma, Shopping & Dining as well as OU Medical Center Edmond. The neighborhood is safe, quiet and kid friendly with a nice little park around the corner.

Overnight stay

We just had an overnight stay. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. Nice location, close to everything. Property was clean amd well maintained.

The pictures on VRBO did not represent the entire property. Unfortunately, the unit had a bad odor.

The owner was responsive to requests and allowed us to check in early. That was very appreciated. However, the unit smelled bad, and had stains on the furniture. We did not spend the night in the unit.

Yuk!

I needed a place with a kitchen to help prepare food for a wedding. The kitchen served that purpose. We only used the kitchen and left to stay at a hotel. The place had an odor, the upstairs where the bedrooms were, was worn and dated. Would NOT sleep there. Was not impressed at all and felt slightly deceived by the "newly renovated" description. Honestly feel we should get some kind of refund- the "cleaning fee" or something. Again, the kitchen served the purpose I needed for food prep. That was it!

Could have been better

We come to Edmond often and felt like a Vrbo might be better than a hotel. I had reached out a day before we left and never heard a response from the owners. The property is definitely no frills with little decor of any sort which is fine and several broken or about to break items. When we arrived there was a pile of towels on the loveseat, not folded, just a pile. There were no instructions given about WiFi, the area, or what to do for check out. Every Vrbo I had instructions and communication with owners. I reached out to the owners again when we arrived regarding WiFi and the router, no response. Apparently the house is near a fraternity party house because we were kept up all night Thursday with yelling, music, cars revving with loud music
this went on until 2 am. But the worse part for us were the beds. After 2 nights we felt like we had been camping and sleeping in sleeping bags on the ground. Most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever laid on and we tried both.

While traveling Europe we commonly stayed in nightly rentals and thought one day we should get into the nightly rentals market. It's been rewarding hosting people from all over the US and World and being able to make their stay more comfortable and memorable.

This property was acquired in 2021. The location is perfectly located in one of the most desired towns in Oklahoma City Metro (Edmond, OK). Edmond offers the best public school system in the state. The location of this unit is perfect for any guests traveling to the metro. Will Rogers World Airport is only 24 miles away. The Historic City of Guthrie OK is located to the North about 19 Miles. This property sits within walking distance to University of Central Oklahoma and University of Oklahoma's Medical center in Edmond. Dining and shopping is within walking distance as well.
