Renovated, spacious, cozy & modern! Just a couple blocks from Edmond Railyards & all that downtown has to offer. This home features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms & a game room upstairs (could also function as an office if you’re needing to work). An open concept floor plan allows for easy entertaining and an enjoyable stay for all. Large fenced backyard. Please come stay at home and see how you love Edmond!

OK farmhouse

Just right for 7-8 people. Close to shopping and eating areas. Neighborhood splash pad and park just down the street. Area is being rejuvenated with some cool new homes. Large backyard. Bring your BBQ pit, outdoor seating, and games.

Thanks for the stay

The place has been newly done in the inside - very nice - and just the right size for our family and our friends from Texas. The location was perfect! Good size corner lot in a quiet neighborhood with a large playground and a splash park just down the street a few blocks. A Walmart and some wonderful dining all nearby as well. It was a quick drive for us to the bigger outings we did like the zoo, OK city memorial museum, Bricktown and Botanical gardens. Dinner from The Mule and Othellos Italian Restaurant are right around the corner and both were delicious!

Nicely updated, spacious home close to downtown Edmond

My family of five stayed here while visiting family and friends in Oklahoma. Each of my 3 kids had their own bedroom. My daughter loved the loft bedroom upstairs. The house was very clean and nicely updated, with plenty of space for us. The house seems to be on a double lot, so it also has a large yard for the kids and our little dog. We'd enjoy staying here again next time we're in Edmond.

Great Place to Stay for the holiday

The house was in a good location, walking distance of the downtown restaurants. It was easy to access even though the roads around the area are very busy. It's a very quiet neighborhood. We did some holiday baking (breads, cookies and sheet cakes) and the kitchen was reasonably well equipped with mixing bowls and utensils. The hosts replied quickly to emails. We did have one misunderstanding about the listing that we didn't discover till just before our stay, but Jimmie was great and worked with us on a solution. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Clean Stay

Property was very clean, very nice, the whole experience renting this property was pretty good, the only thing we didn’t completely like was the cleaning fee but then we still had to throw trashes and take sheets and pillow cases and other small stuff which if i am paying a cleaning fee i would rather not have to do but this was our first and only time having used this kind of rental service so i am not sure if this is normal, but we would definitely stay here again if we are back in the area!

Nice place just needs a little more to be great

Overall we had a great stay at his house for 5 days with 7 guests. The house is setup very well with two bathrooms that are not set inside a bedroom so all guest had easy access to them. House was clean. Had great communication with Jimmey prior to stay but then lost contact with him towards end of stay. There was no written instructions posted in the house about checkin/out which was a first. With a little TLC on the back yard, a small deck with chairs and grill this place would be awesome.

We traveled to Oklahoma City for our annual sister trip. The home is in a transitioning neighborhood of older, smaller homes and newer, larger homes are being built. We enjoyed this renovated rancher and it met all of our needs. The streets were very quiet during the night and day. Nice little cafes and boutique shops blocks away. We would definitely stay here again if we were to come back to this area.

Family get together

Great location, close to a park and splash pad for the kids and plenty of restaurants nearby. The house was nice and spacious. The 4 bedrooms made for good flexibility for sleep arrangements. The house was clean and Jimmy communicated well. We'll definitely return if it's available.
