Saltwater pool with stunning views of the lake

This large, beautifully situated lakefront vacation home has been extensively renovated and furnished to a high standard. All windows and exterior doors have been replaced and are now hurricane proof. The pool deck has also been finished with high quality Italian stone and the cage has been refurbished with a super screen overlooking the lake for an unobstructed view.

The home is located in the very well maintained community of Briarwood, one of Naples' premier vacation destinations. Only pre-registered guests and visitors are allowed access. Here you can enjoy a very relaxing vacation or work comfortably in your home office via high speed WIFI.

In 200 square meters of living space you have 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a bright, cozy living and dining area and an open, bright kitchen with stainless steel appliances. You can also enjoy your coffee on vacation. The kitchen is equipped with a Nespresso capsule machine with milk frother, a Keurig and a classic coffee maker. There is a 65" TV and a Playstation4 in the living area.

For the beds in the four bedrooms, we use high quality mattresses based on our own vacation experiences. You can look forward to restful nights. In the pool area you can enjoy the Florida sun on one of the three comfortable loungers or relax in the shade of the corner sofa. The south-facing saltwater pool can be electrically heated during the winter months. This is subject to an additional charge depending on usage.

Enjoy barbecues with family and friends on the covered patio overlooking Briarwood's largest lake.

The two-car garage has room for your car as well as everything you need for a relaxing day at the beach (camping chairs, coolers, children's toys, balls and tennis rackets).

The Briarwood community offers a pickleball, tennis and beach volleyball court, as well as a community pool. There is even a playground for the little ones.

The fine sandy beach and romantic sunsets at Naples Pier are only 15 minutes away. Supermarkets, the Coastland Center, Mercado and Waterside Shops, great restaurants and the shopping mile of 5th Avenue are also only 5 miles away.

Relaxing stay

Excellent Stay!

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. The pool was amazing and felt secluded with the water view and foliage. Plenty of beach items (towels, chairs, umbrellas) for the beach days, and some extremely nice TVs for watching movies in the evenings. The property was spacious and well laid out, everything we had hoped for — we will absolutely be back.

Our vacation was great!

We spent our 2019 spring break in this beautiful decorated home with an amazing lake view. Top of the line everything, very quiet neighborhood. The kids enjoyed the pool and had fun with the Playstation. We could definitely recommend this house.

Great Place

This property was perfect for my family of six as they had plenty of pool and beach toys and a great pool at the house. The place was extremely clean and well-kept and matches the listing . I would recommend it.

Gorgeous property!! Great vacation home!!!

We can’t say enough great things about this vacation home! It is luxurious, yet comfortable. The furniture, appliances, decorations, etc. are all top notch!!! Extremely clean!! Surroundings are relaxing and quiet. We would welcome the opportunity to stay here again and we highly recommend this property!!!

Most amazing accommodations !

We have been visiting Naples for many years and we must say this place is outstanding. The house is spacious, fully renovated with a beautiful large lanai overlooking the lake. This property is located close to downtown, the beach, golf courses, shopping centres, walking trails and more. This made our vacation very relaxing and would rent it again. Thank you!

Beautiful Home

The home we rented in briarwood was beautiful and had everything we needed. I would definitely rent again. The owners checked on us several times during and after the Hurricane and refunded part of our money on days we didn't have electricity.

The best house in Briarwood

We spend our easter vacation every year in Briarwood. This is for sure the best house we rented so far! Beautiful, completely new furnished, extremely clean with a fantastic lake view. I want to thank you for providing a very relaxing retreat for us. We will be back in 2019.

Amazing Stay in a Very Safe Neighborhood

The stay was wonderful. We were there about 6 weeks and felt totally safe and energized. The community has a couple of pools, tennis, pickle ball, and basketball courts all of which were in great condition. The house and pool were nice, clean, and very comfortable for our whole family. The neighborhood was kept in impeccable shape by the management company. Would totally stay here again the next time we are in Naples.

Beautiful located villa

Even better than the pictures

This is truly a beautiful and well kept house. The view to the pool and lake makes the house very relaxing and spacious while the privacy of the pool area provides a sense of seclusion. We felt very comfortable. The location is excellent 12-15 minutes to all main spots in Naples. The house is well furnished for visitors and the owners and house managers are a pleasure. We loved the stay, and we look forward to go back.

We had never vacationed in Naples, this home was centrally located. The home was beautiful.

We had never vacationed in Naples and so I was not sure how close we would be to attractions. I was pleasantly surprised how close we were. What drew me to this property was the outdoor living space and we were not disappointed. The home has a beautiful pool and patio area. The home was in a beautiful gated community.
