Saltwater pool with stunning views of the lake

This large, beautifully situated lakefront vacation home has been extensively renovated and furnished to a high standard. All windows and exterior doors have been replaced and are now hurricane proof. The pool deck has also been finished with high quality Italian stone and the cage has been refurbished with a super screen overlooking the lake for an unobstructed view.

The home is located in the very well maintained community of Briarwood, one of Naples' premier vacation destinations. Only pre-registered guests and visitors are allowed access. Here you can enjoy a very relaxing vacation or work comfortably in your home office via high speed WIFI.

In 200 square meters of living space you have 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a bright, cozy living and dining area and an open, bright kitchen with stainless steel appliances. You can also enjoy your coffee on vacation. The kitchen is equipped with a Nespresso capsule machine with milk frother, a Keurig and a classic coffee maker. There is a 65" TV and a Playstation4 in the living area.

For the beds in the four bedrooms, we use high quality mattresses based on our own vacation experiences. You can look forward to restful nights. In the pool area you can enjoy the Florida sun on one of the three comfortable loungers or relax in the shade of the corner sofa. The south-facing saltwater pool can be electrically heated during the winter months. This is subject to an additional charge depending on usage.

Enjoy barbecues with family and friends on the covered patio overlooking Briarwood's largest lake.

The two-car garage has room for your car as well as everything you need for a relaxing day at the beach (camping chairs, coolers, children's toys, balls and tennis rackets).

The Briarwood community offers a pickleball, tennis and beach volleyball court, as well as a community pool. There is even a playground for the little ones.

The fine sandy beach and romantic sunsets at Naples Pier are only 15 minutes away. Supermarkets, the Coastland Center, Mercado and Waterside Shops, great restaurants and the shopping mile of 5th Avenue are also only 5 miles away.

Fantastiskt fint boende

Vi trivdes väldigt bra i huset. Det var väldigt rymligt och poolen med uteplatsen var fantastiskt bra. Huset gav ett lugn med sin fina inredning. Ett bra område med trevlig omgivning. Vi kommer att hyra detta hus igen.

Fantastic Villa in Briarwood/Naples

Our family of four, 2 adults and 2 children just had 2 wonderful weeks in this newly renovated Villa. Everything is brand new, all furniture is new, the kitchen is very well equipped you will find everything you need here. The decor is extremly nice, pooldeck has nice furniture and a very nice view over the lake, we saw turtles swimming by. Extremly clean. The owner Silke and property manager Katja is very nice and helpful. We can highly recommend this property!

Traumhafte Villa mit Pool

Die Villa liegt traumhaft direkt am See mit einem schönen Pool. Die Zimmer sind groß und sehr geschmackvoll in hellen Tönen eingerichtet. Wir waren schon häufiger in Naples/Briarwood, aber keines der Häuser hatte so eine tolle Lage und Ausstattung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Tolles Haus

Wir hatten eine super schöne Woche in Naples. Die Lage des Hauses war perfekt um die Strände in der Umgebung zu erkunden. Die Kommunikation und das Check-in Prozedere war trotz kurzfristiger Buchung super einfach und Silke war jederzeit erreichbar und beantwortet allfällige Fragen umgehend.

Dishonest Host

House was nice but Host did not disclose additional charges to get in gate of 200. Late fee is you book inside of two weeks, then claimed to not know about it. We went for rest and stunning views of lake but the lake was under construction the whole 9 days with workers driving and walking right by Lanai screen, in boats, in backhoes, golf carts and tractors for the entire day and Saturday. Even the day it rained. The host claim to not know and refused to discount except for the gate fee. All homeowners are made aware of things like this for in adance. We kept hoping each day they would be gone. Disappointing host behavior when it was ethical to make it right.

Perfekter Urlaub in traumhaftem Ferienhaus – absolut empfehlenswert!

Wir haben vor kurzem einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus in Florida verbracht und waren rundum begeistert! Das Haus war nicht nur genau wie beschrieben, sondern hat unsere Erwartungen sogar übertroffen – sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht.Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die herzlichen und engagierten Vermieter. Sie waren jederzeit erreichbar, hilfsbereit und haben sich sofort um kleine Zusatzwünsche gekümmert – das war wirklich außergewöhnlich und hat uns das Gefühl gegeben, willkommen zu sein.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen. Eine klare Empfehlung für alle, die einen sorgenfreien und komfortablen Urlaub verbringen möchten!Silke und Guido

Einer unserer schönsten Urlaube

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in einem tollen Haus. Es war noch beeinduckender als man es auf den Fotos gesehen hat. Es ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und top sauber. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen und gepflegten Anlage an einem schönen See. Es fehlte an nichts. Die Küchenausstattung war super und alles in ausreichender Menge vorhanden. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, es gab genügend Kissen und auch verschiedene Decken. Wir haben den tollen Außenbereich mit der bequemen Sitzgruppe und den wunderbaren Sonnenliegen sehr oft genutzt. Die Kommunikation mit Silke war großartig! Wir haben immer zeitnah eine Antwort erhalten. Danke, liebe Silke, wir hatten eine unvergessliche Zeit in deinem schönen Haus.

Tolles Haus, tolle Lage!!!

Das Haus ist in einer sehr schönen Lage, die bewachte Community in der sich das Haus befindet ist sehr gepflegt, sehr ruhige Lage mit Blick vom Pool direkt auf den See. Das Haus ist bestens ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht und eigentlich noch mehr. Auf der Terrasse mit Pool kann man herrlich entspannen. Wir haben unsern Urlaub sehr genossen. Vielen Dank!

Beautiful Home

The home we rented in briarwood was beautiful and had everything we needed. I would definitely rent again. The owners checked on us several times during and after the Hurricane and refunded part of our money on days we didn't have electricity.

Amazing Stay in a Very Safe Neighborhood

The stay was wonderful. We were there about 6 weeks and felt totally safe and energized. The community has a couple of pools, tennis, pickle ball, and basketball courts all of which were in great condition. The house and pool were nice, clean, and very comfortable for our whole family. The neighborhood was kept in impeccable shape by the management company. Would totally stay here again the next time we are in Naples.

Excellent Stay!

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. The pool was amazing and felt secluded with the water view and foliage. Plenty of beach items (towels, chairs, umbrellas) for the beach days, and some extremely nice TVs for watching movies in the evenings. The property was spacious and well laid out, everything we had hoped for — we will absolutely be back.
