Itâs just an easy one block, level sidewalk stroll to the Town Lift and two blocks to Main Street. Park City Mountain ski access, world-class dining, shopping and entertainment right at your doorstep. Plus, the city-wide complimentary bus shuttle stops right at the entrance for easy transfer to Deer Valley Resort, Canyons Village and virtually anywhere in town.

The guest bunk bedroom has a detached bath also accessible from the foyer that leads to the main living area.

Olcha Property Management is a boutique property management company focused on delivering an experience beyond expectations for both the property owner and the guests who visit our homes. Our family purchased our first Park City home in 1997. We quickly fell in love with this charming little ski town that boasts of two of the most renowned ski resorts in the world - Park City Mountain Resort and Deer Valley Resort. Having spent over 25 years in the travel industry, it was a natural transition for me to assume the responsibility of managing and marketing our home.
