This beautiful Spanish style home is warm, inviting, full of great vibes, and minutes from the airport, downtown Tampa, Hyde Park village, and Bayshore Blvd. The homes been completely renovated and is equipped with a HEOS indoor/outdoor AV system, an automated salt water pool and spa, and a green egg and gas grill to enjoy and entertain with family or friends.

This home's nearly 100 years old and located in an amazing family friendly neighborhood that's very quiet and peaceful. The home has new hard wood floors and furniture, so we ask that you be kind, respect our awesome neighbors, and appreciate there's no smoking, pets, parties, or loud music after 10pm.

Beautiful Spanish/Hacienda style home with many modern improvements yet maintains the essence of natural wood throughout. Spacious for a couple looking to relax for vacation or a holiday weekend. Absolutely enjoyable!

Convenient, close to amenities and great restaurants

The property was very clean and quaint. The house was very comfortable and allowed a visitor the opportunity to relax and enjoy Tampa. Communication with the property manager was excellent and very productive. Proximity to the airport was fantastic.

Great host, great house, great time

The house was amazing, the swimming pool and spa were as beautiful and nice as they could be. The host was kind and courteous, communication was always prompt and the check in and out were flawless. Will definitely repeat next time I am in Tampa.

Awesome holiday weekend!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, especially the pool. Communication with Randy was awesome. He was always readily available and responded in minutes. Would definitely stay again, if we had the chance.

Family mini vacation

This was a last minute mini vacation for our family. We loved the open floor plan and the amazing through breeze from the beautiful ceiling fans. The beds were very comfortable and our daughter enjoyed the pool and spa. The owner / host was super helpful and kind.

Fantastic location in Tampa

The property was perfect for our weekend stay in Tampa. The neighborhood was great, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the outdoor enclosed backyard felt tropical and secluded from neighbors. The hot tub and pool were warm and the outdoor seating was comfortable. The kitchen and living room were comfortable for our group and the kitchen was well stocked. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

This property fits the description and more. The property owner was fantastic to work with. He followed up with us several times to ask if we needed anything and was very responsive to our questions. Definitely a return stay is needed.

Poolside Oasis

Property is located in prime walkable South Tampa neighborhood, close to great restaurants, shopping and Bayside Boulevard. Pool was a private haven, with plenty of clean towels. Home has open plan, was very clean and bedding is comfortable. Randy is a conscientious and responsive host. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend.

Mother-Daughter Getaway

The entire rental process was enjoyable. The property is lovely
picturesque and cozy
with all the possible amenities available. Neighborhood is perfect in itself but is conveniently located to many sites & attractions. The owner was wonderful in providing helpful information and was always available in case of questions or issues. I would highly recommend this listing and personally hope to be back again soon.

Spectacular !

We came to Tampa for a family get together. The house is truly a "Tropical Paradise" in a great neighborhood. The property is beyond beautiful and we couldn't of been more pleased. Randy was a more than great host and showed his dedication to making our stay wonderful. The house, neighborhood and convenience to all Tampa has to offer is far beyond 5 stars. Our only regret was that we didn't stay longer.

Beautiful House

We were in town for a cheer competition and was a perfect mini vaca. The fridge was stocked with some water, and condiments. There was also paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher pods, shampoo and conditioner, and a coffee machine with plenty of KCups to choose from. It was a nice touch as we didn't have to spend additional money on these! The pool was amazing with plenty of pool toys for the kiddos. Washer and dryer worked great as well. Would highly recommend.

Paradise Pool

The pool area is a little slice of paradise. Beautiful and well taken care of. There are even towels and pool toys. The house is clean. The host is kind. The city has lots of great places to explore. St. Pete beach was just over a half hour drive and was absolutely beautiful. Clearwater beach is just a few minutes further. Our favorite dining ambiance was the Oxford Exchange or Oak and Ola. Favorite wood fired pizza was Fabrica Pizza. Favorite ice cream was Jeni’s. Lots to enjoy!
