You'll have your own private entrance, and you'll have access to Lake Ontario as well as Charlotte Beach, Ontario Beach Park, Charlotte Pier, The Genesee Lighthouse, and several bars and restaurants just a few blocks away.
Keyless entry system--I'll send an access code as soon as the cleaner has it ready for you. I recommend parking on the side street and you'll gain access through a private entrance at the back of the home.
I am a pretty friendly person, but I also know that solitude, peace and quiet may be just what you are looking for! I will make myself as available as you need me to be. Please reach out if you need anything at all!

This is the home that I lived in until recently. Now we live just down the street so if you have any concerns I should be available.
This space is actually an efficiency apartment located at the back of the house. It's been very well received by all who have stayed there, and eventually we plan to make the entire home available, however at the moment the main part of the home is still being prepared.

This home is located in Charlotte, a nice beachside community on the edge of Rochester and Lake Ontario. You can find nice restaurants, sports bars, tourist attractions, and hangout spots all within a few blocks!
