Cozy and remodeled 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom ranch located in a quiet residential neighborhood where you will see neighbors walking their dogs and kids on bikes. It is close to main highways, grocery stores, restaurants, urgen care, pharmacies, gas stations, comercial strip and mall. Close to RIT, MCC and Univ. of Rochester. One car garage with a wide driveway. Beautiful enclosed backyard with seating area with grill to enjoy outdoors. Kitchen with granite and well equipped to make your own meals.

Very clean and well maintained property. Perfect for our short visit to Rochester. This home is taken care of and it shows. Great central location, quiet neighborhood. The host was very kind and quick to respond to any questions. I'd definitely recommend this property!

My family and I have stayed at this lovely home, numerous times. We spent our last three Thanksgivings here, an east coast summer trip, some smaller in between visits with our daughter as she performed with Garth Fagan Dance, and our recent trip for our daughter’s wedding. Beatriz’s home has become our home, away from home. We love the charming, quiet neighborhood and friendly neighbors. We have enjoyed morning walks both in the neighborhood and nearby Tinker Nature Center. The location of the home makes for a lovely, short ride to Pittsford. There are many nearby stores, to meet numerous needs, including a Wegman’s, CVS, and dollar store. On this most recent trip, we made time to enjoy the backyard and bbq. However, the absolute best thing about staying here is Beatriz. She goes above and beyond for her guests. She truly cares about creating a pleasant visit. She does all of the little things, which add up to one big, outstanding experience. In all of our visits, we have never had one negative moment or issue, and that is because of Beatriz. We’ll definitely be back.

Quiet clean and comfortable

Beatriz was very accommodating and quick to answer any questions. The neighborhood is very quiet, the house was homey and felt clean. The patio out back was comfortable and the flower garden was beautifully. We were 5 adults staying the weekend for a religious convention. And we want stay here again if available next year! Thanks for everything!

Great find!

We stayed here for UR graduation weekend. The house was wonderfully suited for the four of us. Tastefully decorated, comfortable, and welcoming. The backyard was an added bonus with the table and chairs.

Honey Oasis

Well decorated and very comfortable homey oasis in a quiet neighborhood. Host left lights on for us since we’d be arriving at dark. Wry responsive to all communication. Home is decorated beautifully and was well appointed with all you could need!

We just spent our third Thanksgiving in Beatriz’s lovely home! Our daughter and her fiancee live in the area and celebrating in her property has become our new tradition! We highly recommend staying here!!

Nice house

This house was perfect for us to visit our granddaughter at college. Clean, quiet neighborhood, good location, host is super nice and very good at communicating. She did say they were getting ready to remodel bathroom and put in a walk in shower for senior visitors- which I am and that will be great. I hade to use basement shower which was a lot of steps. That is the only con to this house- shower and also needs taller toilet. There is one really big nice tv in the “sunroom”. We would have liked one more tv but it’s not a deal breaker. We will return here!

Just like home

We chose the homey ranch for our stay when visiting Rochester. I’m certainly glad we did. The place was clean, quiet and comfortable. Everything needed for a comfortable stay. The host was very pleasant and responsive. I highly recommend staying here

Very nice house to stay

We enjoyed our stay. It was nice having three bedrooms and two baths and a cozy living room. The location was perfect for our outings on the two days. We would be happy to stay there next year.
