New, clean, pet friendly, nice condo community, easy walk to the beach and a nice beach bar/taco place (The Salty Rim) right on the premises. Also, restaurants and shopping also within walking distance.

We loved our stay at Sandy Toes. It was perfect for our family and we really appreciated the pet friendly accommodations. The home was clean, very nice and well stocked with everything we needed for the week.

Calm and inviting space, perfect for a small family to enjoy a stay at the beach. Host is extremely thoughtful and provides practically everything we’ve needed!! The kitchen was perfectly organized and stocked, so easy to use! The hosts were easy to contact and answered any questions

Our stay was perfect! This property had everything we needed, and the location was walking distance to the beach, pool, playground, and stores. The hosts were so nice and responded quickly. We’ll definitely be back!

What can I add that hasn't been said? The pots and pans were in excellent condition and the knives were sharp. Labels on the light switches and cabinents were so helpful.

Wonderful stay! The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The double shower—with all its features—was a great bonus, and the king-size bed was incredibly comfortable.We also loved the central location, making it easy to get to the beach, restaurants, the lighthouse, and more.Thank you for being such an accommodating host—we look forward to coming back!

Wonderful Place

This house is like new, very clean, and comfortable. It is well equipped, and things are easy to find. Communication with the owner was very good. The location is very convenient to the 4 x 4 beach. We had a great time.

Spring break made easy

We had a wonderful stay at Sandy Toes. Check-in was easy and home was clean and well appointed. Very short walk to the beach. Neighborhood felt very safe and you’re in waking distance to several restaurants and attractions. We’ll be back!

5/5 Stars – The Perfect OBX Getaway!My wife and I absolutely love this location, and being able to bring our dog with us makes it that much better. We’ve stayed at this specific house a couple of times now, as well as multiple other properties in the neighborhood. Calling this rental "dog-friendly" doesn't quite do it justice—it’s genuinely dog-loving. The host is awesome and so accommodating even for Giuseppe. After finding out his name and breed/size he had a proper sized water bowl and welcome note waiting for him. :) The location is perfect for an Outer Banks trip, kiddy corner to the lighthouse. The home is only a couple of years old, so everything inside is modern and updated. It feels cozy in the best way possible: warm, inviting, and very much like a home rather than a generic rental. And the Master shower is a dream. Like you’re at a spa.If I had to mention one downside, it would be that the mattress wasn't very comfortable. To be fair, that seems to be a universal issue with almost every beach house rental we’ve stayed at in the OBX (and beyond), which baffles me, especially when decent quality box mattresses are so affordable nowadays.That minor detail aside, this is a phenomenal property. We love coming back here and can’t recommend it enough!

Excellent family trip

We stayed here with our three school-aged kids and everyone loved it. Close to the beach, lighthouse, and park/shops. We barely drove anywhere. The kids especially enjoyed the community pool. This property is quite comfortable for people of all ages.

Very nice, new property close to beach and Corolla Lighthouse. If you’re not looking for a view, it’s a great spot! Owners very responsive to any questions and care about this unit. Very pet friendly and clean.
