Very cute condo

The condo is nicely decorated and has a larger view of the ocean than expected. The beds were not very comfortable but we still enjoyed our stay. Everything was very clean.

Clean, convenient one bedroom near beach

This property is a short walk to the beach. Compared to other vrbo experiences it was a little different in that we had to bring sheets/towels/bath soap. It is on the top floor so be prepared for lots of stairs!

Relaxing vacation

This property and location was perfect for our needs. We were able to view the ocean from our balcony, which we enjoyed throughout the day. The kitchen was stocked with all the things needed to cook breakfast, lunch or dinner. Matt was very responsive anytime I had a question. Would highly recommend.

Perfect Beach Getaway!

This was the perfect spot to spend a few nights (wish it had been longer!) at Carolina Beach. This condo is clean and just as pictured. The ocean views are great and the walk to the beach is quick and easy! In general, Matt & Charity have put a lot of thought into making this a pleasurable place for folks to stay - their attention to detail is stellar! Parking was great too (we lucked out and parked in the shade for our whole stay). I'll definitely put this at the top of my list of favorite places to stay at Carolina Beach!

Quick Beach Trip Win

This condo was a great spot for a couple or small family for a few nights. I stayed with my mom and two young kids and had a great time. There was plenty of space and we could even see the ocean from the balcony! My kids loved the rocky boulders on the sand and it was quiet. The only draw back was the mattress on the fold out couch was super thin and it felt like spikes in my back- bring a mattress pad cover or plan to just use the one bed if you want comfort. But for two nights, it was perfect.

Family Fun!

We had a wonderful time, the unit was perfect for our family trip! The weather was beautiful; we got lucky there for sure, and the food around the area was amazing. The beach access being so close and the pool literally in the backyard was so convenient. We even made use of the charcoal grill which was a very nice little addition. There were also plenty of shops nearby to help us remember our trip with keepsakes and for us and to share gifts with others. Great spot!

Much Needed

Good weekend

The property was at a great location. Definitely needs up grading as well as better mattress. We had to pull out the sofa bed due to the bed was so hard and uncomfortable.

Quiet and Relaxing

Perfect little get away

This little condo was the perfect size for our small family! We took our 1.5 year old twins and they loved sitting on the front deck and were very happy with how close the beach access was to the condo!

Family vacation

We had a fabulous time at this condo! Super close to the beach, and top floor makes for awesome views! My fiance, daughter, and I enjoyed the balcony the most! Condo has everything that was needed and we would come back!

Perfect location

The condo is in a prime location, literally around the corner from the beach (walking distance). Be aware that when they say they have no linens, they mean it, not even hand towels. The owner had perfect communication. We would stay here again.
