This place was Amazing! Extremely clean and beautifully decorated! We loved the Dolphin Theme. The attention to details and everything you may need while away was apparent! I would definitely recommend and stay here again!

The condo was nice. Waking distance to the beach. Other than the music from the Taco place on Fri Saturday and Sunday nights it was quiet and we enjoyed it. I would stay again with just us/and older kids but just too hard with a baby.

Phenomenal stay and comforts of home right by the water!

Our family had an amazing stay here. The home was spotlessly clean and comfortable for check in. The beds were all comfortable and we had enough sleep room for a family of five. We enjoyed being able to cook in the kitchen and enjoy our morning coffee on the balcony. Plus, it is close to all of the attractions of Carolina Beach. We enjoyed being close to iconic Britt’s, the boardwalk, Nellie’s, the SeaWitch, and Gulfstream Restaurants. We had quality time with nice family walks at all hours and felt pretty safe. It’s also not far from the aquarium, Fort Fisher, and the attractions of the city of Wilmington. Our hosts were responsive to any questions we had. We are looking forward to our next stay there. Thank you to these super hosts!

Leona is the only one that really cared about the disposal problem while the property manager management wanted to play oh it might be your fault or it might be their fault. However, the disposal wasn’t working in the first place tried to explain all of that and still got half of the blame. Owner had someone to come over and install it same day the propert management called a plumbing company and they were obviously overpriced so the owner took it upon herself to get it fixed and done! As a local the location is absolutely amazing. The pool was very small for the amount of condos. Per HOA the rule stated that you were not allowed to have golf carts, but there were two other people that had golf carts when I mentioned it to Vrbo. They tried to explain to me that they’re not HOA and that they go back rules. They also mentioned that Maybe my next vacation should be in a home that allows for golf carts and I also complained about hearing the people upstairs as it was extremely loud you could hear everyone steps. It was inconvenient at 7:30 in the morning but anyways, I definitely felt that I needed to take pictures of the place before and after just in case anything happens due to how the rules where written! rules.

Normally, we appreciate guest reservations and feedback. We will continue to provide our future travelers with the same 5 star experience that all of our past guests have had. You are not a tenant we would want to host in the future. We have urged caution to all future hosts regarding you and your reservation requests.

Great Location Near Boardwalk

Overall it was a very nice condo that met our needs. I highly recommend that the listing information better disclose the bedding type for the secondary bedroom. There are no pictures of this bedroom on the listing. It is (technically) a queen/twin - BUT the twin is a bunkbed and stairs have to be climbed. Plus the twin bed squeaks every time the person moves in the bed (needs to be bolted to the wall). My daughter gave up in the middle of the first night and slept on the couch. I would also suggest a few more instructions be added to the welcome book - like how to actually access the beach, how to properly use the fans, and how to change the door code,(it was originally a 10 digit phone number until we realized there were instructions on the back of the door for how to change it). The host was extremely responsive to our questions and overall it's a great condo across the street from the beach - NOT on the beach and there is no beach view from this condo.

Thanks for your feedback, although the bed type description is in the listing information fire the bunk room. It's actually listed exactly how you described it. There are also 2 photos showing the bed itself as well as the room. I'm sorry if you didn't scroll through all of the photos before reserving. The instructions for the lock are also emailed/ included in your guide before arrival. Our description reads that everything is within walking distances, including beaches. We really try to be transparent to our travelers on what they can expect upon arriving.
