Om boendet

Vår "Vackra Waterfront Getaway" som vi kallar det, är vårt eget hem. Vi förväntar oss att våra gäster ska ta hand om det som om de var egna.
Vi är en bottenvåning 2 sovrum fullt utrustat svit i Inn of the Sea, ett radhus komplex med en byggnad precis vid vattnet och två byggnader bakom. Hälften av enheterna är bottenvåningen och den andra hälften på tredje våningen. Alla enheter har sina andra sovrum på andra våningen. Det finns en lodge med privat boende vid poolen.
Det är viktigt att vara i vattnet om du vill ha vacker fri utsikt över havet och allt som händer där som fåglar, odtar, sälar ibland Killer Whales etc.
På sommaren kan du njuta av den vackra uppvärmd utomhuspool och badtunna. Stranden är utmärkt för att utforska året runt.
Det finns en mängd olika naturparker i området som möjliggör alla nivåer av vandring.
Vi hyr ut veckovis endast under sommarmånaderna juli och augusti, lördag till lördag och hyr minst 2 nätter på andra tider genom hela året. Våra priser varierar beroende på säsong.

Great Two Bedroom Retreat

This two bedroom is great. A bathroom for each room. Rooms are separate - upstairs/downstairs - for privacy. Beautiful location with great views.

Great family getaway spot

Short but sweet

We stayed for a few days and absolutely loved it. Stunning views, spacious and clean accommodations and everything we were hoping for in a relaxing vacation. Dennis was very helpful with all of our questions and provided excellent suggestions for exploring the area. Definitely plan on returning again!

Spectacular views

The best thing about Dennis' place is the fabulous waterfront location. We enjoyed our coffee every morning watching the sea lions, gulls and even whales one day. The condo itself is very comfortable with great beds and a well stocked kitchen. We really enjoyed our month at Inn of the Sea.

Relaxing and Convenient

We stayed here for a few days before our son's graduation. Dennis was a great host and gave us some good ideas about outings. The condo is well laid out and had good separation for our kids in the upstairs bedroom. Lovely spot and we enjoyed looking for starfish on the beach at low tide.

west coast at its best!

West coast at it finest! Everything you want from a waterfront location and more. we saw whales, otters, seals eagles and more . Kayaking out our front door and swimming in the pool and hot tub later on. BBQ and play lawn games available too, do everything or nothing choice is yours. Accommodation extremely comfortable and well supplied and the host is friendly , has excellent communication and very accommodating.

Great location facing the water - has a nice feel to it

Very decent size and fairly clean. Enjoyed the stay for a few nights. Location is right on the water and the his unit is facing the water which is big plus and amazing views. Spouse liked it although she found the furniture a bit dated like the couch and upstairs mattress were a bit worn out but mostly bathrooms were remodelled which as great! Bunk bed was good. Didn’t get a chance to try the pool but it looked good as well

LOVED our visit

We really enjoyed staying at this condo. The view was amazing - it was so enjoyable sitting on the porch while the kids caught tiny crabs by the water. We saw bald eagles and a seal there. Everyone around was friendly. We were able to purchase eggs from a farm in the neighborhood. Locally, we went on a whale watching tour (saw orca, seals, sea lions, bald eagles), explored the seashore, hiked at Cathedral Grove, Butchart Gardens (go do afternoon tea!), and Malahat Skywalk. What a wonderful trip, and the weather was beautiful for us.

Hidden Gem

This gem exceeded our expectations. The property is very well groomed and the condo is ocean front. The condo is very spacious with everything you need and full view to the Water. I used the supplied binoculars everyday. We were lucky enough to watch whales on 3 different occasions. Easy checkin and checkout. We loved it!

The Best Vacation Ever !

The most peaceful vacation. Very quiet and everyone we met around the complex was so nice. We enjoyed our stay very much and would return. I would highly recommend this property to others. Dennis the host was very kind as well. The water in the cove was so calm. We had such a nice patio and view of the water. The dock was nice to walk on with a bench at the end to enjoy the view. There were many crabs and starfish and we actually got to see a whale pass by. It was amazing. Didn't want to leave !!

Wonderful location and Host!

We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful property! Watching the Sealions and Bald Eagles from the living room over morning coffee was a highlight! Very clean amenity filled property! The host was excellent to work with. He went out of his way to help us when our flights had cancelations and I couldn't be happier about the overall eperience!

This unit is direct waterfront, lower level. Great views from the private patio. The condo is very comfortable and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay there again !

Peaceful seaside getaway

We spent a few lovely quiet days at Inn of the Sea, very restful. Enjoyed dinner at Mahle House, lunch in the garden at the Crow & Gate; also walking in Roberts Memorial Park & Yellow Point Park, and on community trails above Ladysmith.

Family get-a-way

We stayed for 3 nights. Enjoyed the wonderful view and had a great time exploring the area. Condo was quiet, stocked with everything we needed, we enjoyed the pool and the neighbours were very friendly. Dennis was a terrific host and we hope to return soon!
