This exclusive beachfront villa is nestled on the Pacific coast, between the tropical jungle and the ocean, within a condominium on a beautiful peninsula just meters away from the best point break in Mexico.
Take a moment and imagine yourself in the private pool with nothing between you and the magnificence of the ocean and the spectacular mountains of the Sierra Madre.

The Space:
This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa is an open invitation to reinvent or rediscover yourself. It is fully equipped with all amenities such as a private jacuzzi, terrace with an exclusive ocean view, and being on the ground floor, you will have direct access to the beach. This place is perfect for sitting and watching whales and dolphins swim. You can also enjoy the common areas that include a pool, gym, BBQ grills, and paddle tennis court.

Guest Access:
If you wake up feeling adventurous, you will always be close to the lagoon, a sanctuary for crocodiles and all kinds of migratory birds, or practicing surfing, kayaking, or snorkeling. The beauty of the place is that you can do whatever you want. Do you like sunset margaritas? This is the ideal place for you.

The Neighborhood:
You will have full access to the entire villa and the amenities within the condominium. We will send you the exact location two days in advance of your reservation and our staff will be waiting for you upon your arrival to provide you with all the assistance you need.
This incredible 5-kilometer-long beach, one of the best "secret" surfing beaches in Mexico, is located 20 minutes north of Zihuatanejo. The town of Troncones is home to only 600 people, making it one of the best beaches in Mexico, not very crowded, but perfect to come, relax, enjoy, and surf.

Getting Around:
The best option is to move by car, as you have a parking space. Taxi service is also an option as you won't be far from the complex, although we recommend cycling. The location is perfect for visiting other beaches in the area.

We will always be available to welcome you, show you around the house, and assist you with anything you need during your stay.

Tranquil

The property is great. Really liked the architecture. The location on a small point is great as it gives you views and access to different bays. The sunset views are also amazing. The apartment itself was spacious and we really enjoyed the small pool. The common amenities are beautiful and well maintained. It is very quite and private if you want to get away from it all. The town offered great places to eat and decent prices. Best of all was the attention and care of the administrative staff. Lupita is on top of any request and always available. Highly recommend this place.
