Thank you for your feedback. We take great pride in providing an exceptional experience for our guests, and until this review, EVERY guest who had reviewed our home had given us a perfect 10/10 rating. We are incredibly proud of that track record and the care we put into our property. Regarding the beds, we intentionally provide freshly laundered linens for guests to make their own beds, as many guests appreciate being able to see that their linens are clean and fresh upon arrival. We genuinely wish you had reached out during your stay to share your concerns, as we would have welcomed the opportunity to address them and make your experience more enjoyable. We appreciate your feedback and will continue striving to provide the exceptional experience our guests have come to expect. Best, Bill

This property was exactly as described. The communication with the owner was the best. The home was very clean & well stocked with all the basics plus more! It was also pet friendly which means a lot to us. There was even a basket filled with dog toys! The community is great with plenty of activities and it is close to anything that you could need. The decor in the home was undoubtedly well thought out and presented a very relaxing vibe. I would stay here again. Thank you Bill for a delightful vacation.

I know that maintaining a pet friendly rental isn’t easy. We’ve stayed in many and this one was by far the cleanest and best maintained. I’m happy to pay a little more to someone who values keeping up with replacements and repairs as needed and ensures whoever is hired to do the cleaning is above average, and it appears these owners do. My only suggestion would be to include in the listing that there is a fee to use the pools that are listed as an amenity.

Hi Lisa! Thank you so much for the kind words and thoughtful feedback. We really appreciate you recognizing the effort we put into keeping the home clean, comfortable, and well maintained — especially as a pet-friendly property. We want every guest to feel like the home is cared for and ready for them to enjoy. And thank you for the suggestion regarding the pools. That’s great feedback, and we’ll make sure the listing is as clear as possible that Ocean Pines charges guests a daily fee to use the community pools. We truly appreciate you staying with us and hope we have the opportunity to welcome you back again!

The place is beautiful and very, very clean. We had so much space. My 13 year old daughter loved the room she stayed in and having her own bathroom. Our dog quickly learned where the basket of toys was. The location was very close to the boardwalk and in town there were a lot of good restaurants.Bill made it easy to communicate with and gave immediate responses to any questions we had.We will definitely stay here again!
