Most Ocean City rentals will have you rent linens/towels which could cost up to $200 per stay depending on the size of the rental. Additionally, with those rentals, they deliver standard linens and you would need to make the bed.

All our beds have premium linens, our beds are made and we provide plush towels.

Furthermore, it offers extensive knowledge about the local area, covering dining, shopping, beaches, recreational activities, arts, entertainment, grocery stores, retail options, and our highly recommended spots.

★ COVID-19 SANITIZATION ★
The Heath, safety, and well-being of our guests are of utmost importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

★ NO SMOKING/VAPING INSIDE OR OUTSIDE ★
Please refrain from smoking/vaping inside or outside the home! Any smoking/vaping evidence will result in a Minimum fee of $875 due to payment for Odor Removal, Duct Cleaning, and furniture cleaning. We have guests who are sensitive to smoking.

★ NO PARTIES ARE ALLOWED ★
We don't allow any parties outside the guests that are staying there.

★ NO PETS ALLOWED ★
As much as we love animals, our townhouse can't accommodate your furry friends.

Note: even though we don't allow pets for guests. During the offseason (Nov to Feb), my family goes to the rental a few times for a 3 days with our dog. We have a deep cleaning prior to the first rental of the Summer Season so there are no traces of pet hair. I wanted to note this just in case a potential guest has severe dog allergies.
