This beautiful two-level apartment is in a classic brownstone, right in the heart of Washington, DC and perfect for families, business travelers, or individuals. Fully equipped with key amenities, it's within walking distance of DC landmarks and public transportation. Spanning 2,200 square feet, the apartment offers cable TV in every room, Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and a backyard with a grill and seating area for your enjoyment.
A Safeway grocery store is located five blocks away, and you’ll find plenty of restaurants and local cafés nearby. A private parking lot is available just four blocks away at the intersection of New York Avenue and 5th Street. Street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis on Kirby Street or N Street. For destinations beyond walking distance, we recommend using the metro or ride-hailing services such as Uber, Lyft, or taxis.

Wonderful property with rapid communication with owner throughout our 9 day visit. Rooms were spacious, very clean and well appointed. It was an added treat meeting owners on impromptu occasion, can give them our highest rating with sincere appreciation. Hopefully we will return to enjoy another wonderful visit. Thank you Patrick!

Walkable to all sight-seeing

Great location and ease of access to all the DC sites. Comfortable walk to Metro - and we ended up walking to almost everything. Great restaurants within walking as well. Host is easy to contact and accessible. Highly recommend!

Beautiful huge home with easy access to DC

Stayed at this beautiful home with my family of five for a long weekend. The home was wonderful and comfortable with plenty of room for our teenagers. Convenient location with easy access to DC monuments, restaurants and shops.

DC trip

We enjoyed the apartment, it was our escape from the hustle bustle outside. D.C is huge and way too much to see, so once we could fight traffic to get back to house it was great. Night time was sketchy but daytime was a new world. We learned fast to stay inside after dark. Only issue we had was with kitchen sink was stopped up and couldn’t get the garbage disposal to work. Looked like previous renters left a lot of food in sink. But that was no biggie to us. We washed dishes in dishwasher and washed rest in a large bowl. I’m sure owners know the trick. IF we would ever go back we would want this place, but due to us being country bumpkins we probably won’t go back to DC. We got our fill! Thank you for sharing your place with us! We left waters and drinks in fridge, we didn’t drink the wine because we don’t like ALL wine and didn’t know which one would be sweet, so the next person can enjoy!

The host, Patrick, was very proactive in communicating and very flexible in accommodating our need to use the patio for a 60th birthday celebration. Location was also wonderful as easy parking and access to a lot of neat places near the house. Highly recommend!

Extremely satisfied with our stay. House was clean and well equipped to fit our needs. The location was perfect as we walked to the Convention Center. We absolutely loved the space and mirrors in the room as it was a house full of females. Having 3 bathrooms is EVERYTHING!

Wonderful stay in Washington DC

This apartment was a great base for our family of 6 to stay in Washington DC. We were comfortable with all the space and bedrooms. It was within walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores and the metro. Patrick was very easy to get ahold of and was helpful during checki n and check out. Would definitely recommend this apartment!

Seemed like someone lives there normally, things were shoved haphazardly into closets to clear the rooms. Could have been cleaner (dead bugs, etc.).

Comfortable and spacious property

Had a great stay in DC. The owner was very communicative and the many clean well-separated rooms were great for our purposes. Had a few repair issues (towel hooks were falling down) but nothing that impacted our enjoyment.

Great home for a group

I stayed here with work colleagues for a conference at the convention center. There was plenty of room for us and we all enjoyed the accommodations. The location is safe and convenient and Patrick is a great host.

Amazing time

The house had plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own space. Restaurants are a short uber away. Patrick was very responsive to messages and provided excellent support before the trip. Would definitely stay there again next time traveling into the DC.

Time with the girls

The location was perfect to access specific tours and Union Station. Easy car share pickup. There was plenty of room and any time we needed to communicate with the host the response was quick. We enjoyed having our own space as getting together for breakfast around the table. Great place and we would stay again.

Nice stay

This was a great location for our coaching staff. We were competing at the convention center and this was an easy walk. Location was as advertised. Definitely a place to stay if visiting DC
