Detta hem är inrett med komfort i åtanke. Det matta vardagsrummet har bekväma möbler, en storbilds-TV med DVR och stereo. Den kaklade öppna och rymliga köket har gott om plats på bänken för att förbereda måltider och underhållande gäster. Den granit bänkskivor och rostfria vitvaror gör det här köket en dröm som går i uppfyllelse för vissa. Matsalen plats åtta med ytterligare tre barstolar vid disken baren.

Den tredje badrum ligger nära både lediga rum och har ett linneskåp i hallen. Den tvättmaskin och torktumlare finns i en garderob på övervåningen hallen och har även en stor garderob i hallen för förvaring.

Den utomhus Lanai har plats för underhållande i matsalen, grillning på gasolgrill och håller dig sval med två takfläktar. De utomhushögtalare är kopplade till separata inomhus ljud från utomhus så att TV kan vara på inomhus och musik kan spela på screening i uteplatsen / Lanai.

Nice property with everything you need.

We have stayed at this property for the same dates for three years and the host is always easy to work with. Place is always clean and comfortable. Checks all the boxes.

Great Lake House Stay

Great location with wonderful space. The kitchen has every item you could possibly need. Added bonus are the games in the hall closet. Make sure you sit on the deck swing and enjoy the view!!!

Perfect Lake House

The House was just perfect. We really enjoyed sitting on the back porch and the dock swing. The kids had so much fun jumping off the rope swing on the dock. We will Definitely rent this house again.

Amazing weekend getaway

We absolutely loved everything about this house and it’s location. It’s beautiful, clean, and well maintained. We loved the long dock which allowed the kids to play without worrying about other boats passing by. The neighbors on both sides which I believe are locals were so sweet they begged us to come back and rent again! Which we absolutely would love to do!

Perfect location and set up!

I rented this property for a (older) girls birthday party. We brought kayaks, paddle boards and my boat with us. We loved the dock and the kind of “lagoon”/protected waters between this properties dock and the next dock. We didn’t use the upper deck of the dock as it seemed like it had some weak areas. The dock has an awesome two seater swing, rope swing, water to rinse your boat, lights etc. We loved the house! The master is gigantic! All the rooms are laid out nicely. Three full bathrooms is awesome! One is downstairs, two are upstairs. The kitchen was great for 4 women to move around in and we found everything we needed The only thing the house lacked was hand soap in the bathrooms and kitchen (bars or dispensers) although there were some hotel “condimentss” under the master sink in bags. We stayed for 4 days and ran short on the allotted toilet paper and paper towels so throw a couple of those in your bag too! You also need beach towels. None of theses things were bad. Just trying to help the next guests. You will need to navigate blind mosquitos at the lake during some times of the year. They were all over our boat and toys and chairs each morning but didn’t cause us to be unable to use all the amenities. They don’t bite. They are just a nuisance and make things a little messy. I had been to the lake several times so they weren’t a surprise to us. You will love this house and the lake despite them!!

Family Fun Lake House

This lake house has it all! From the stocked kitchen and quality linens to the anchored buoys for easy boating we enjoyed our stay immensely. The house itself is spacious with a great screened porch and epic rope swing that provided hours of entertainment for the kids and kids at heart.

Perfect weekend Vacation

We’ve been vacationing on Lake June for several years now on Memorial Day weekend. This house didn’t disappoint. Has all the amenities needed, plenty of space for boats and a great backyard for little ones. The location is perfect!

Varför värden valde detta boende

We purchased our vacation home to accomodate our family and friends on weekends and long holidays. The serenity of a lake property offers many the opportunity to relax as well as take advantage of water sports like wakeboarding, canoeing and fishing. We visited Lake Placid a few years ago and were taken with the friendly and hometown feel of the area. Being on the lake allows young and old to enjoy being near, on or in the water.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

The spacious home and the lake front location allow us to relax and play. We enjoy watching television, have wired the screened in porch with speakers for music, and prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen and utilize the lake for swimming, boating and fishing. The upstairs is reserved for sleeping and has plenty of space to store belongings.

There are two HVAC units to keep the upstairs and downstairs living areas at comfortable temperatures.
A door at the top of the stairs allows each to operate at their best capacity.
Double french doors facing the lake open up for fresh breezes.
