Gillade: Renlighet, incheckning, plats och annonsens riktighet
Beach destination with a few hiccups.
Rough start... After booking my dates and then getting confirmation I had emailed the property manager only to find out she placed the dates wrong on the listing. What should have been a Saturday to Saturday ended up with me scrambling plans and going from checking in one day sooner and out one day sooner then planned. Very disappointing especially since we had already planned out our week and now so much time had to go into canceling other things. Just an apology and a credit offer for Friday even though we were being cheated our original times.
The condo itself was great. It was stocked with your basic needs. The beds slept well. You could see the ocean from your private balconies but you had to turn your body to view as the immediate view is the backside of other condos.
The staff was pleasant. The pool was nice to wade in and the hottub felt great at night. The beach access was perfect. The staff even set out lounge chairs and beach umbrellas for you at no extra charge.
We had a great time and wish our vacation was the way we had originally planned. Check out was easy with another added negative surprise. When checking under the beds to make sure we had everything I had found a dirty diaper under the bed. We had slept over it all week. :( lesson learned to check Everything upon check in. If you have to pay for cleaning it should done 100% and check in should give you peace of mind knowing it's clean from the start. I'm sure if I had noticed it right away, it would have been taken care of. The front desk was notified and she was going to address it with the staff.
Overall my family and I enjoyed the trip and the Florida sun.
