Motel 6 might be better.

Very run down property with roof and wall damage. Yard was so high you almost couldn't see our dog. He came home with fleas!!!! TV didn't work at all in the bedroom, and the TV in the living room stopped working one day into our trip. I sent a text message to the owner and have never heard from him. The windows are covered in old, yellowed mini blinds that are broken in so many places and the neighbors have FLOOD LIGHTS on all night, so sleep was impossible. The photos on the website don't show the water damage and peeling sheetrock across the entire living room. Won't stay here ever again.

The Farmhouse

Miguel and his cleaning person were very accommodating. They went above and beyond! Very nice people! The place was better than expected and descriptions were accurate. Quite close to the airport and the River Walk. We used Uber for both.

Dog friendly big backyard

Owner responded immediately each time. We actually rented so family & visitors could go to Six Flags & the aquarium. We all had dogs & this owner very accommodating & dog friendly. I spent the entire weekend in the house with the dogs & this house had everything I needed to feel at home. My only hesitation on the neighborhood rating because most of the windows in living room & kitchen, look right out to the neighbors trucks. I would have loved to let the sunshine in & have a better view but I was aware that this farmhouse is not out on a farm! Very clean & no bugs made it very pleasant. I would stay again when I have the need.

Super Clean

This has been by far the cleanest home we’ve rented. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. Home has been remodeled and is beautiful. Very close to everything downtown. Only down fall are the beds. They are very hard and seem to be worn out and too hard. Upgrading the beds in all the rooms would make a huge difference in the home. It’s literally the only “negative” review I’d leave.

We booked this place for one night. Place was clean and smelled fresh, loved that! House is set up well, living room and dining area are nice, plenty of sitting. Rooms and beds were as described, we had a little trouble with front room lighting but it fixed itself. When we were leaving it was somewhat difficult to lock the front door but after turning and turning the bottom knob it locked! Thank goodness because we were considering cancelling our night plans. Overall home was a good stay, neighborhood was really quiet and parking in driveway was a bonus. I appreciated the shampoo, conditioner, body wash, detergent, softener and coffee provided. I do recommend this property.

Fun weekend at the Farmhouse

My wife and I, along with our little dog, spent a wonderful weekend at the Farmhouse. We were visiting family South of San Antonio, but wanted to stay close to downtown. The home is easily accessible due to its proximity to I-10 and I-37. The home has been remodeled and decorated to look like a farmhouse. The home is charming, comfortable and has three large bedrooms. It’s also quick and easy to get to the riverwalk.
