It is a few minutes walking distance from the best night life in Houston on Washington Ave. Youâre also minutes away from the famous Memorial Park as well as the Buffalo Bayou.
The Galleria is only a 10 minute drive as well as Downtown, Midtown, and Montrose, Museum District, Medical Center and the stadiums/arenas!
This is a three story home with a living space on the first floor that has a dry bar and opens up to a fenced street side patio and yard. This is the perfect space for entertaining.
The second floor has a beautiful open concept dining area, kitchen, living room, and half bathroom. There is also a double suite with a huge walk-in closet and private bathroom.
