This is our second time staying at Ryan's home. The home is so clean and well stocked. We love the proximity to the beach (easy to walk) and that it's a quick drive to restaurants and the grocery store.The layout is perfect for our family with young children plus bringing grandparents! We will stay here again!

This location is a winner. Its quiet, close to the beach, modern, clean and very comfortable. Great amenities, will definitely return whenever I visit Clearwater again!

We were so happy with our stay at this home. There was a lot of beach items available to use and an easy walk to the beach. The house was beautiful and communication with the owner was a breeze. We HIGHLY recommend staying here!

Beautiful home in quiet neighborhood near the beach. Enjoyed the very clean home- plenty of sitting areas and the hot tub was a fun addition. Perfect for our 2 families!

We had a great week at Ryan and Amy’s property! It was less than two blocks walk to a beach access point that was WAY less busy then around pier 60, which was great for the kids. The property was clean and housed 6 adults and two kids without issue. Major plus for the beach accessories! We will be back!

This place was fantastic! We had originally booked another place about five months before and the day we booked this place we got a notification the other place had canceled our reservation. The neighborhood was clean, quiet, we loved the short walk to the beach and the separate living space was great in case somebody needed to take a break from the group. We would 100% stay here again!

We absolutely loved our time at this VRBO.There are many highlights, but one of the most significant is the way the home is completely supplied with everything you need for the beach from a large supply of beach towels to chairs to umbrellas.We did communicate with the host on several occasions with questions about the home in the area and the communication was quick and accurate!

Cozy vacation home

This house is located in the perfect spot for easy access to the beach, but also a quiet neighborhood for the ultimate vacation relaxation. Our family enjoyed our week at this home and would recommend this rental to anyone!

Beautiful place! The layout was perfect for a big family.Very clean with so much thought into all that you would need. Love this area as it is a much more private residential area in Clearwater Beach. Definitely would book this house again.
