Experience unparalleled marsh views that extend out to the Intracoastal Waterway! In a prime location, this amazing retreat is within a quick walk or bike ride of public beach access. Spanning three levels of inviting living space, this stilt home wows with multiple balconies and marsh views on each floor. Under the carport, a gas grill and outdoor shower are perfect for rinsing off and grilling out after a fun day at the beach. Added perks include access to a community dock and swimming pool, or you can rent the private golf cart and cruise Surf City or take a one-minute drive to the closest beach access. Dine out or pick up groceries without using the main road. Occupying the entire top floor, the opulent primary suite is a true showstopper. Highlights include an en suite bathroom and two furnished balconies - one with marsh views and the other with peekaboo ocean views. An office nook is ideal for working remotely and includes a desk and two armchairs. Kid-friendly amenities include a crib, stroller, toys, and age-appropriate dinnerware.

THINGS TO KNOW
The private pool is typically open from the last Saturday in May to the last Saturday in September.
A queen sofa bed in the living area provides an extra sleeping space.
The community dock is available for launching kayaks and paddleboards (not motorboats). The dock is accessed via an 800-foot boardwalk.
The firepit is not available for guest use.
This three-story stilt home is accessible via a long flight of stairs.
The HOA prohibits more than four vehicles at a house at any given time; golf carts count as a vehicle. This property has a golf cart on the premises year-round. Thus, guests may bring three vehicles. No vehicles over 3/4 ton are allowed. No trailers of any kind are allowed. The guests will be charged a fine of $100 for each violation.
No motorcycles are permitted in the neighborhood.
The golf cart can be rented for $50 per day and needs to be rented for your entire stay. Guests may book it for the week at $350 or for $100 if they are staying the weekend.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Beautiful Home!!! Quiet Stay!!!

House was clean on arrival. One of the best stocked houses I have ever stayed in. Kitchen well stocked. Plenty of towels pillows and extra blankets. Everything you could ever need for a day at the beach. We did not rent but the golf cart looked nice and new. Had one small issue and the property manager was quick to respond. Would rent again but be aware of the rules of the HOA. If you do not follow the rules exactly they will fine you!!!!

Nice but has some issues

Wonderful location and views. Layout of the house is great. The master suite upstairs is perfect with a baby as we could put his crib in the office space off the bedroom. Lots of kitchen cooking equipment. There is mold in the house that was pretty shocking to see as it was very obvious and in all of the bathrooms, covering the walls and ceiling in the powder bathroom and by the vents and on the ceilings in all bathrooms. Another thing is the house is advertised to have baby gates but the gate provided was broken and provided little safety. If our baby was older he could have easily broken through the gate.

Gillade: Incheckning och plats

Nice space and view, but microwave doesn’t work & house has black mold.

The house has nice space and layout, and the view of the sound from the decks is pretty. But…first thing Sunday morning we discovered the microwave in the house doesn’t work. I called and messaged Vacasa immediately and multiple times all during the week about the non-working microwave. (My vacation time was wasted attempting to get a working appliance.) The half bath that’s adjacent to the kitchen has black mold on the walls and ceiling. There are some other areas that also have some mold on the ceilings. The bottom bunk bed in the children’s bedroom is unstable and dangerous. We had a 2 year old sleeping on that bed. Any larger child would have serious issues sleeping on that bed. We have been very disappointed with Vacasa and will never rent any property managed by this company again. There was a lack of any sense of urgency to provide us with a working microwave, and I was lied to by a Vacasa representative on Wednesday, who told me the microwave issue would be resolved on Thursday. A Vacasa representative called me on Friday afternoon, and said I would receive a $50 refund for the microwave issue. I have requested more of a refund, due to the other issues.

Nice views. Plenty of room. AC works great

The house has great sound view. The AC functioned exceptionally well and keep the house comfortable, better than most places I have stayed in. The rooms are nicely laid out. There is pleanty of gathering space. The proximity to the beach is great. You can walk it easily even with children. The golf cart is a plus but not a necessity. Handy if you have to transport a bunch of chairs and umbrellas. There were some minor maintenance issues I addressed for the improvement of future tenants. I would stay there again.
