Beach beautiful, unit needs help

Overall property fine. The unit definitely needs a few easy upgrades. Towels and bed linens very thin. Dishes, cabinets and kitchen counters dirty. Needs dish drying rack. Only one garage bag provided and 2 dish pods for dishwasher. No beach towels. 2 rather old beach chairs available.

Great stay

The condo itself was great. although I do believe they need to update the inside of the shower curtain it’s paper thin and need to updated pans because everything sticks to them. The outdoor seating is super comfortable and so is the furniture in the inside. The location is perfect so many things to do around the condominium. The elevators are absolutely the worst thing about this condominium and unfortunately enough to not make us stay again there are times we waited 45 minutes just to get up and down the elevator. The host was wonderful to work with communication was spot on and very easy to communicate with. Overall, the condo itself I would definitely recommend. I would just take the stairs and avoid elevators at all cost. The parking garage is super tight, so be mindful when coming in and out of it.

Unit not clean with extensive water damage

Upon arrival, we immediately noticed that the unit was not clean especially the kitchen area. The fridge was dirty along with the counter tops. The stove and microwave are rusted and the ceiling has visible water damage. The bedroom ceiling has holes from water damage experienced from the unit above and also discoloration on the walls. It smelled like mold. Reached out to host for compensation. They acknowledged the issues however only offered to refund the resort fee of $85. This was not disclosed to us and this was less than satisfactory. The unit should be taken down until all repairs are completed thoroughly.

Amazing Stay!

Check-in was an absolute breeze. The condo was just as the pictures and had plenty of room! I have no complaints! We will be looking into staying here in the coming years!

Fantastic stay, great communication!

The place was beautiful and bigger than expected. The host, Val, was very accommodating and reacted to every inconvenience in a timely manner. Would recommend 10/10. Would definitely book here again!
