We’ve included whimsical touches like a record player, acoustic guitar, book and board game library, and a serene backyard with string lights alongside a fire pit for lovers of the great outdoors. There’s also a Smart TV where you can sign into your own streaming services and plenty of comfy seating in the living room for even the lengthiest of Netflix binges.

For those who may be in town visiting for business, we’ve also equipped the space with quick internet speeds for busy bees so you won’t miss a beat (or an email).

Although the plumbing in our 1927 home has been updated, we would classify the water pressure in the shower as "medium".

Absolutely no smoking of any kind allowed at The Trendy Tudor. We also do not allow parties or pets at our home without prior written consent.

We do have a ring doorbell on the exterior door as well as a noise monitor inside which monitors only the decibels and alerts us of loud noise.
