Built in the 1870's, the home is situated on a lovely rare lot with magnificently manicured grounds. Once inside the grand home, you will find spacious rooms with high ceilings, including a well-designed kitchen, which is exceptionally stocked. Off of the kitchen, is a lovely sitting room with relaxing westerly views of the harbor. There is a bedroom on the first floor, featuring a king size bed, air conditioning, along with a glass sliding door leading to an outdoor patio with more ocean views, and breezes. Also on the first floor there is a comfortable living room, a washer/dryer, and full bath.

The second floor consists of three more bedrooms, each with queen beds. All four bedrooms in the home have air conditioning, and one even has a Peloton bike for you use ! In addition to the bedrooms, there is a sitting room & and two full baths.

Our Guests love this quaint, coastal community which surrounds the property. For your convenience, there is a public boat launch, just a minute away, surrounded by the scenic Pott's Point Preserve, Casco Bay's rocky coastline and many tidal pools ready for exploration ! Harpswell is one of the most special little coastal towns you will ever visit ! From the hiking trails, galleries, gift shops, restaurants, little beaches, kayaking, boating, to fresh lobsters around every corner, there is something for everyone to enjoy !

Harpswell is conveniently located 20 minutes from Brunswick, take the train from there and travel the Maine coast. Brunswick is also home to Bowdoin College, which offers the Maine State Music Theatre, with superb productions, and museums to enjoy ! Close to Portland, and Freeport, home of LL Bean’s, many outlet shops, and restaurants. Driving distance to Popham Beach…the most spectacular stretch of sandy beach in Maine, along with historical forts to explore. Bath, Phippsburg, Boothbay Harbor, and Bar Harbor all all great day trips! So many sights to see in and around Harpswell !
