Pittoreska, gammaldags och härlig stuga, skuggad av stora träd och kyls av vindar utanför stranden i historiska Potts Point. Börja dagen med en kopp kaffe medan du är böjd på den innerglasade verandan med en bok, avsluta dagen och titta på solnedgången över vattnet från verandan. Vandra till stranden eller köpa hummer direkt från båten vid Ericas i Dolphin Marina. Ta in hummerbåtens lopp efter en kort promenad till Pott's Point. Njut av jordbrukarmarknader, restauranger och Maine State Music Theatre i Brunswick och kom sedan hem till fred i Harpswell.

Always a delight

Excellent stay, again!

This was our family’s second stay at Molly’s sweet cottage. It has been maintained very well over its many years, and provides the perfect setting for a weeklong getaway in one of our favorite places. We would love to return again, soon!

Beautiful Maine Stay

This cottage was very cozy and was in a great spot for quiet, relaxing walks to the ocean. It was very clean, and had everything we needed as we were only there for a quick day and a half. The only downside was the beds were not made and we had to make them ourselves which was annoying since it was late when we got to the house.

beautiful cottage, nice views of the sea

cottage was very nice, good arrangements, nicely situated within walking distance of restaurant. No real beaches nearby, and road is kind of busy, but otherwise nice.

Wonderful cottage

We love this area and found this wonderful cottage, short walk to Potts Point Preserve. This is our second year. Perfect place to relax and enjoy everything Maine has to offer!

This is our fifth stay at the "Toy House," as my girls dubbed this Potts Point gem several years ago. We keep coming back for the comfort and at-ease-ness we feel here, and how close it is to all the fun Harpswell has to offer! Thank you, Molly and family, for sharing your home with us!

Tip of harpswell

Great spot. See water one way but get the breezes from both east and west. Great porches in and out. Beds are fine. Ate at ericas and dolphin marina..recommend both. Hope to return next summer

The cushion on all the chairs were very thin and were really not comfortable. We loved the sun porch and spend all our time on it. The kitchen was very well stocked.

We stayed for the weekend with friends and really enjoyed the area and the awesome porch.

We'd rent again here for sure! Thank you for sharing your home. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the sheets, blankets, and pillows. They were clean, but looking pretty old.

Super Maine vacation cottage

This is a very special cottage that combines the authentic Maine cottage feeling of the past with the convenience of more modern comforts in the kitchen. There is a great view of the water from the front porch, and a light and airy sunroom that brings the outside inside. The location is close to rocky beaches, and not too far from delightful shopping experiences. We loved it!

Potts Point Perfection

Our third stay at Molly’s wonderful house. Everything about it suits us. We love unwinding on the porch and in the hammock and digging out the old fisher price collection for the kiddos. Sunsets and tide pools and seaglass in the quiet of the neighborhood makes for the perfect Maine summer trip. Thank you for sharing your special house with us!

Charming cottage with water views

Very well appointed cottage, close to water access in lovely area of Harpswell, ME. Lots to see and do nearby (kids will be happy on the nearby beach and the cottage has toys, games and videos.) Adults can enjoy local preserve trails, boat ramp is close, or just sit on the lovely front porch and relax. Several local eating places or everything necessary to prepare meals onsite. Perfect spot from which to experience the Maine coast.

Perfect in every way

Sisters and friends get together every year at this time. Wonderful location. We walked to Pott's Point, ate lobster rolls AND cooked lobster. People so friendly. Cottage clean and we loved both the front porch and the sunny screened porch for our morning coffee. Lovely!

Always a joy at this classic New England cottage

This was our third visit to Molly's delightful family home. We look to stay in charming, unfussy and classic homes wherever we go, and this lovely, homey cottage fits the bill. We love exploring the area, finding new beaches, delicious food trucks and snack shacks, and short hikes to do with the kiddies. Speaking of, our children won't let us stay anywhere else, they just love the "toy house!" Thank you for opening your doors to us Vermonters!

Bartlett Sister Get away

We had another wonderful stay at the Pott's Point cottage. So many laughs, wonderful sunsets, hiking and kayaking. The cottage makes you feel so relaxed. Our host thought of all the most important facts about being there in this perfect location and put it all in a wonderful notebook. We will try to come back! Thank you

My Happy Place

Third year renting here, with more years to come. While we were there the area experienced unusually strong thunderstorms, which lead to county-wide power outages (owner was wonderful keeping us updated). But you know you've found a very special place when your whole family still has an amazing time (even a moody preteen without wifi!) This place is homey and cozy. A pure gem!

Our annual Harpswell retreat

This was our 4th year at Pott's Point and we loved every minute of it! The cottage is very comfortable for our family of 4, and remained so when my parents stayed for two nights. We love using the cottage as a home base to explore Harpswell, but also as our home away from home, enjoying the cozy, traditional feel, the well stocked kitchen, and the porches with their exceptional views! Molly as always was attentive and helpful. We'll be back in '24!!
