The Kendall Trail starts right across the river from the Riverside and takes you along the river to the ghost town of Kendall. We are easy walking distance to the Friendsville Community Park, a large, open greenspace on the Bear Creek with a walking/running trail and fitness equipment for adults. The Park boasts a beautiful playground, tennis courts, basketball courts, and a volleyball court for your enjoyment. Friendsville offers an historic walking tour, and you'll find the Riverside at stop #3 on the tour.
