Detta är vår nyinköpta 2/2 fastighet i Buttonwood med en GAS GOLFKARTA ($ 250 / månad värdet ensam!) Var en av de första människorna som delar vårt hem. Vackert inredda, nymålade med helt ny matta, tvättmaskin / torktumlare och välvda tak. Denna uteplatsvilla ligger i ett mycket önskvärt område. Gångavstånd till Fishhawk pool & rec center och många golfbanor som du kan ta bensinvagnen till. För att inte tala om stadstorget Sumter Landing som ligger i närheten. * Långtidsuthyrning tillgänglig *

För att få tillgång till pooler och reccentra i The Villages behöver du ett gästkort. Jag måste skicka pappersarbete med ditt namn och adress som det visas på ditt bild-ID. Villages tar ut 50 $ som täcker dig och dina gäster under hela din vistelse (jag tror att du betalar när du hämtar det). Villages har 3 stadstorg med vardera gratis livemusik från 18.00 till 21.00, 365 nätter per år. Stadstorterna har gott om shopping och restauranger. Du behöver inte passet för att delta i aktiviteterna på torgarna.

Om vi är i stan hämtar vi dig från flygplatsen om du behöver en tur gratis. Låt oss bara veta.

Perfect for our needs

We enjoyed our visit to “The Salty Dog Retreat”. We were located just around the corner from the family we were visiting. We had everything we needed and enjoyed all the fun decor. Thank you for hosting us during our visit to The Villages.

Great home for polite doggie travelers

Everything was great, just as expected! I especially loved the doggie bells hanging from the door because we forgot ours at home 😁 It’s a dog friendly property and yet it isn't one of the ones that look “worn down” by dogs so I was very impressed. Would definitely stay here again.

Villages with golf cart rental

Clean, efficient & in quiet location for a rental in the villages. Homey &welcoming. Everything worked and it was well stocked. This rental showed that the owners loved it!

Great place to stay

Clean, comfortable bed, well stocked kitchen supplies. Peaceful neighborhood. Enjoyed the whimsical dog art. Porch and patio areas were very enjoyable. Golf car was fun to use and access the pools and squares. We would return and recommend to others Thank you.

Comfortable and convenient

Came in to visit the villages and see if I wanted to move there. This patio villa is well equipped and very comfortable. Premier host makes your stay extremely easy. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place

The house was very clean and neat. The golf cart made it easy to get around the neighborhood and lots of fun. The house just as we thought and our cats loved the screened in patio. Would recommend this house and hosts to everyone.

Simply Perfect!

The Villages is our very best place to go. We stay in TV as much a possible. We were very pleased with our weekend stay at this property. It had everything we could have possibly needed. It was very comfortable and the location is perfect! We highly recommend this place.

Beautiful area, if you're looking to golf, music, dancing, great area. If you are board, it's your fault...note: if you want to golf, down load the apps they recommend for more info...visit one of their sales in one of the town squares...we liked Lake Sumter 😀

Very clean and well appointed

Had a great time in The Villages. This property was very clean, thoughtfully stocked, very organized, comfy beds and pet friendly. Owner was a great communicator. Very short golf cart ride or pleasant walk to the pickleball courts along with the rec center for pool or billiards. We found great restaurants and activities galore. Would rent again! Thank you, Tony!

peaceful paradise

My family enjoyed the screened in porch, the quiet neighborhood, the golf cart as alternative transportation, access to the pool and games. We also enjoyed having a whole house to spread out in, eat/cook at, and relax in. Tony and Deana were prompt and polite when we had need to communicate with them. There were also full home amenities (dishwasher, washer, dryer, beach towels etc..) which made the stay quite pleasant and stress free.

Flawless! Great Location, Everything was perfect!

House was perfect, everything you need was there. Location in the Villages was perfect for traveling on the golf car to the town squares. NO complaints here. Everything was 100%. Owners where also very informative and great people. Don't hesitate to rent from them.
