The master bedroom features a cozy queen-size bed and an ensuite bath with a walk-in shower for your convenience. Bedrooms two and three offer a queen & king size bed, ensuring a good night's sleep for everyone, with privacy nooks just outside the sliding glass door to enjoy your morning coffee. The guest bath with a shower/tub combo is located just outside the bedrooms.


The well-equipped kitchen boasts two mini refrigerators for your cold beverages and a full-size Smeg fridge in the dining room, making meal prep a breeze. Step outside to enjoy the mountain views while relaxing by the secluded pool/patio area and cook up some delicious bbq on the outdoor grill, which is perfect for outdoor gatherings.


With amenities like a washer/dryer, central AC, TV/Roku (cable) in each bedroom, internet, and more, your stay will be stress-free and enjoyable. Pool heat is also available for an extra charge of $150 a day and can be activated by the management upon request.

Outdoor music is prohibited. Music that is played indoors must not be heard outdoors. City ordinance states that any music that is audible from the property line is a violation. People noise during the day is permissible but must be measured and reasonable. Daytime is considered 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Security camera details: There is a ring doorbell at the front gate. There are two surveillance cameras, on above the driveway focusing on the driveway and the front gate and another on the side yard focused on the pool equipment.
1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD 150 per day must be paid prior to check-in to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. 5 Stars – The Perfect Palm Springs Getaway!

We absolutely loved our stay at Sunny Daze 335! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the incredible decor — every room is thoughtfully styled with vibrant colors, fun retro touches, and those perfect Palm Springs vibes. It felt like stepping into a dream vacation home that was both stylish and super comfortable. The house was spotless and well-stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The layout was perfect for both lounging and entertaining, and we especially appreciated all the little details that made it feel so welcoming — from the curated artwork to the cozy furniture and bright pops of color throughout. The outdoor space was just as amazing — we spent our mornings sipping coffee poolside and our evenings watching the sunset with a cocktail in hand. The pool and hot tub were pristine, and the backyard felt like our own private oasis. Truly one of the best vacation rentals we’ve ever stayed in. We can’t wait to come back to Sunny Daze 335 — it made our Palm Springs trip unforgettable!

A mid-century modern gem!

Sunny daze is a beautiful gem that is in a desirable and quiet neighborhood. The retro finishings and artwork matched the mid-century home perfectly. The home is spacious with all the amenities you could need. Our kids all enjoyed the pool and outdoor area for hours, morning to night. There’s plenty of seating inside and out. The neighborhood is quiet and you get beautiful mountain view’s. The hosts were super responsive and accommodating! We will definitely stay here again!

Hot tub didn’t work

House was beautiful and clean. We paid extra for heat for the pool and hot tub. Hot tub was so cold it was unusable the entire time we were there. We tried multiple times daily to get ahold of Vacasa and VRBO and no one ever reached back out to us or came to check on the issue. When the pool cleaner came Friday morning he acknowledged that the hot tub was cold and said he’d let his boss know and no one ever came. We rented this house for the pool and hot tub and want the money back for the heat we never got.

Beautiful, well-designed getaway just a hop and a skip away from home

We recently booked Sunny Daze 335 for a short summer vacation trip for our girls and family. We didn't want to do a huge trip and wanted it to be close enough to home, so we opted for Palm Springs at the request of one of the girls. We absolutely fell in love with this place from the get when we arrived. Recently renovated and decorated, which is apparent right when you walk in, it was clear that a lot of thought went into making this space as welcoming and stylish as possible, from the bright and summery color scheme of the whole house, to the cute(the wife's word, not mine) furniture, to the wall decor. This home has Palm Springs vacation written all over it. We were a little nervous because everything looked so new and so pristine, but it sent a message that the owners really wanted to make this place an upscale yet welcoming space, so you feel very VIP-ish, yet comfortable at the same time. As soon as you walk through the front gate, you are instantly transported to a summer resort. The pool is at the front of the property, which is perfect, because it is visible from the kitchen and living room of the house; the kids were able to get in and out of the pool while we could see them the entire time. Don't worry, the pool is fenced off on all sides, so no need to worry about privacy, or lack thereof. There are plenty of pool lounge chairs, as well as an outdoor table and furniture to boot...and our family really enjoyed just lounging around and playing in water. One thing to note is that it is a saltwater pool, so no heavy chlorine smell as you get in and out of the water. The kitchen had all the amenities we needed, from coffee maker, toaster, to blender, pots, pans, and utensils...even to the rice cooker. Being us, we brought our own rice cooker because we didn't know there would be one there, but it's good to know we wouldn't need to bring one for next time. Plenty of towels for both the pool and bath, which again made it feel like we were staying at a resort. Overall, an extremely spacious home, with more than enough room for us; we never felt cramped, and just a nice place to get away. Check-in was very simple, the instructions to get in were easy enough and the rules of the house are laid out plainly in the binder in the dining room, so any questions we had were answered right then and there. Checkout was just as easy and we were out just as quick as when we got in. This spot is just a short drive from downtown PS if you want to go out to places like Sherman's Deli, or I Love Mac N Cheese, or just mill about and explore downtown. There's a grocery store about 5 minutes away and Costco about 15 minutes away so you can get everything you need in a jiff. We would definitely come back for future stays. Thank you Sunny Daze-335!!

More good than bad

Overall we liked the house and would probably come back. The pool and spa were great for the kids. Biggest complaint we had was the noise from the busy road running behind the house. Cars and semi trucks are going by at 50+MPH just outside the bedrooms. We had to use white noise machines on our phones to drown out the noise. While there we had a few maintenance issues that were never addressed. The main bathroom shower was not usable for the entire duration of our trip due to a clog. Plumber came out and diagnosed the issue, but never returned (parts availability I assume). There were a few other small issues (batteries for smoke detectors, spa remote batteries, etc.) that were never remedied by Vacasa, so we ended up buying our own. The most disappointing thing was the lack of response from Vacasa. We’ve never experienced that in the past and hope this is not the norm.

Fun and classy oasis, would def book again

This property exceeded expectations in every area and I would 10/10 stay again. The house was immaculate, even better than the photos, the bedrooms were all curated and beautifully designed. The pool (where we spent most of our time) was perfect, and the manual/remote to use the lights/hot tub jets etc was super easy. Everything was colorful but refined—definitely a classy, serene vibe in the house, outdoor space, and neighborhood in general. We didn’t ever want to leave—thanks for a great stay!
