Beach Christmas

Overall nice accomodations. The faucet in the kitchen didnt have any pressure for rinsing dishes prior to washing. Overall everyone had a good time

This building is a dump. Dirty, filthy building should be condemned. Please do not rent and condo in this building.

Just okay…

The resort itself, pools, bar, beach were all great. Wonderful place if you have a range of kids like we do 4 - 14. Room was just okay.. not a five star clean but nothing I needed to call about. Not pleased with the hyper-communication from the rental company. They must’ve sent me 10 text messages during my stay - one asking for a photo of my credit card and ID! We arrived early and although the front desk was great and gave our wrist bands for the pool, we expected to be allowed to gain access to our room (as long as it was cleaned of course). Turns out they will not give you the door code until AFTER 4pm. No exceptions. Not a deal breaker just not what we’re used to at other resorts nearby. Also not thrilled about having so many rules about cleaning. Other resorts simply ask that you put the dishes in the dishwasher and leave the dirty towels on the floor but they wanted everything cleaned and put away which made packing up extra stressful especially with an early check out time. We’ll be back to the resort but I wouldn’t recommend the rental company itself. It’s supposed to be about a relaxing vacation… I just didn’t get the feeling that’s what this particular company’s goal was.

Good for family vacation but…

Good for family vacation but the internet have a poor service, both TV’s have no access to network connection, the homeowner looks like we do most of the cleaning service.

Featuring a 30,000 square-foot, heated indoor water park facility. This is a truly great resort and convenient to the beach and the indoor waterpark is AMAZING!
