Host was friendly and communicated well with us. The property pictures were taken long ago when the home and grounds were much better maintained. The best part of staying here was the location. We unfortunately won’t be returning to this property.

I am so sorry you both were unhappy. Unfortunately I didn't have time on my side to work outside. Unlike Florida, we had a very wet April, cold, warm for a very short time the cold again. Just now warming up. I do like to give guests their privacy by not being around, but it appears that wasn't necessary. Again, so sorry you were not happy.

My sister and I really enjoyed our weekend here! The house has a lot of character and is very comfortable, clean, and quiet. The outdoor space was great for visiting. being so close to Downtown Perrysburg was also a plus!

We were in Perrysburg to visit our first granddaughter, and 2-year-old grandson. Was so very close to their home, which was most important to us! Diane was lovely to deal with, however our mistake was that we did not arrive until after dark. And of course when you have never been somewhere before, that can be tricky. The house is well appointed and for such a historic old home, it is extremely well kept!We didn't spend much time there as we were too busy holding our grandchildren. There is a lovely back patio with a nice table that a few family members can sit at for a small get-together, however, the weather did not cooperate very well for us to do that. The lamp light across the street is excellent for breakfast, and there are lovely coffee shops walking distance. As well as other shops that got a good bit of my money! You can't beat this location, and the owner is absolutely lovely to deal with! Many thanks, Diane!

My stay here was brief but everything went smoothly. The host was easy to work with and communicative. The location of the property was accurate to the description and allowed for easy access to local resources.

Diane and her property are a gem!

The house is special; it’s a true gem for the community and we enjoyed our stay beyond words. Diane, the host extraordinaire, is a treasure. The extras were a delight and I would stay again over and over.

We loved the property! I’m certain the grounds are absolutely gorgeous in the Spring, Summer and Fall. We had everything we needed and Diane was readily available with excellent communication. It’s not always easy to travel with our dogs, so finding a beautiful home where they can stay is much appreciated. Thank you.

Absolutely beautiful home in downtown perrysburg. The best equipped place i have rver stayed in plus the host made us breakfast and a desert and left it in the fridge for us! She had fresh fruit, croissants, bagels juice. It was truly amazing.

My family from out of state visited so we rented the west side for them while they were in town. They absolutely loved it. Diane was terrific host, was great with communicating and had whole bunch of pamphlets of the area so could show the relatives were we planned to take them for our day trips food and entertainment.Great accommodations, the living room and kitchen were great for family dinner and catching up talks. Really nice to only be a couple blocks away so was easy for us to walk visit them rather than driving to them. Highly recommend to anyone who has family visiting our town. We will definitely be using again for sure for any other relative planning on visiting us in the future.

Charming Bungalow-Style Home Steps from Village Center

This is a cute little guest house with a terrific covered deck amid lush gardens. The deck has a large dining table and is perfect for enjoying drinks and meals with family and friends. The house is just steps from the town's riverfront historic district, lined with shops and restaurants. It is spacious and comfortable. The included breakfast is amazing and generous -- we enjoyed fresh fruit, homemade yogurt, pound cake, blueberry coffee cake, fluffy eggs, chicken sausage, lemon curd, raspberry preserves -- incredible and delicious. Host is highly responsive, thoughtful and professional.
