The host was wonderful and the pool was so big and beautiful! The game room was fun but very hot and outdated as far as the pool sticks. The house wasn't cleaned properly, the couch was pretty disgusting, and wasn't nearly as modern as the description especially the kitchen appliances with broken pieces in the fridge and bathrooms.

We are sorry you found some items not to your liking. Our sofa is only 1 year old and our fridge was new this last year but as with high level of foot traffic items do quickly show signs of wear. Unfortunately we are not a brand new villa and cannot offer a brand new experience. We feel our games room is adequate and the pool cues are the same standard pool cues you would find in most Vilas. We did coctact our management regarding your cleaning concerns as we take this very seriously. We can only apologise that it was not satisfactory and every step has been taken to make sure our cleaners do the upmost job and don't overlook areas in future. We take all your feedback onboard and aim to always improve. Kind Regards

We really enjoy our stay at this property. Easy check-in and access, plenty of room for our family of 6. The game room as a hit as well as the pool. Would consider renting again if returning to Florida.

My best friend and I do a girls trip in Davenport every summer, this year we wanted a place with our own pool and this property was perfect! The house and pool were clean, the neighborhood was quiet but close enough to whatever we needed, and the owner was quick to answer any questions I had leading up to our trip. The Disney decor was subtle, and very cute. We would definitely stay at this property again!
