You and your friends are family are sure to enjoy this home located in the heart of the 'Burg! You'll have your own private hot tub, pool and outdoor entertaining area, and a truly divine rock fireplace to enjoy. From the gourmet dine-in kitchen, upscale furnishings with ultimate relaxation and comfort in mind, and gorgeous bathrooms, this vacation rental is the ultimate Fredericksburg destination. Main house has 2 br/2 ba open concept and back cottage is romantic and cozy.

The Space:
The main house consists of 2 large bedrooms and 2 large bathrooms, full kitchen, and large living room. The back cottage is a 1 bedroom cozy room with a kitchenette and large shower. Both unis are connected via the covered patio area. The outdoor entertaining area is what makes this home feel like a true destination! Managed by Heavenly Hosts

Annual Family Reunion

Made Best of it with my Family

4pm check in - 10am check out - So technically $748 for not even a full day, roughly $42/hr so make sure you utilize the home as much as possible. My family arrived 45 minutes early from Houston and we knew the check in was not until 4pm. We contacted the office and they said no early check ins. When we checked out, we saw 2 housekeepers so I know it doesn't take 6 hours to clean the home, unless they're moving in slow motion. We just met my family at a winery so all was good! The Guesthouse was nice. The master bedroom bathroom door needs to be modified. We had ages from 11 to 78 in our group and being able to see through the door when you're on the toilet!! When you look through the door, the toilet is right there in front of you! If it were a swinger vacation, that may be appropriate, but not for families, especially with kids. The bathroom door in the front did not lock. Pool lights were not working and the office knew about the lights not working. They should have let us know before we got there. The pool was the main reason we booked the property for my family! So hopefully they get that fixed because it is a safety hazard. Not being able to see inside or outside of the pool, just made that part of the property vacant all night. The Jacuzzi was lit up so that was the savior of the stay. I emailed the property and they gave us a 10% refund, $40. I guess something is better than nothing but hopefully they just fix the flaws that we experienced soon.

Beautiful Home in Fredericksburg

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Perfect for three couples with separate rooms and bathrooms. Close to everything. Beautiful inside and out!

Inside well kept, outside not as well kept

Inside was clean, comfortable and well kept. I was surprised property of this size and price had NO washer and dryer. Outdoor patio, lawn furniture and pool area not as well kept. Landscape unkempt and has been neglected and not as nice as shown in pictures. Large evergreens next to pool dead or dying. Pool water level was well below skimmer. Skimmer was packed with dry leaves indicating low levels and lack of care for some time. It appeared pool was leaking, as water had to be added often to maintain water level so skimmer and vac would function properly. Property manager was professional and responsive.

Cute & Cozy

We had such a great time! The house is located minutes aways from downtown. The rooms were set up nicely with plenty of towels and pillows for all guest. They layout is perfect for a larger group. It was super clean and cozy. The host was amazing too when we needed something. I will for sure be staying here again in the future!!! :)
