We stayed here with my guide dog, Dublin five years ago and loved the delightful New Hampshire location. We were pleased to repeat our visit since this condo is a very clean and most welcoming accommodation. It is also very close to many Lake Winnipesaukee adventures, like the scenic railroad and scenic lake cruise, both of which we thoroughly enjoyed. The hosts, Josefina and Luis were readily available for any questions we had and even suggested a nearby restaurant, GREENSIDE in Tilton where we had the special saffron seafood risotto, my husband’s favorite dish. We highly recommend this lovely, comfortable place to stay, no matter in what season you choose to vacation. You won’t be disappointed.

Family Visit

Great condo overlooking Paugus Bay Laconia NH.

Beautifully furnished, comfortable and clean. You can't go wrong with the location as well, a quite development close to shopping, lakes,beaches and shopping. Great stop to get the full Lakes Region of New Hampshire experience!

Summer in Laconia

We had a wonderful time at this condo. The owner would respond right away with any questions. The housekeeper made us homemade blueberry cake that was wonderful. The rooms were spacious and the kitchen was well stocked. This is a pet friendly property so we had our golden with us. Thank you so much for the memories and plan on staying here again. The location was perfect.

Great experience

My family had a great stay at the location , everything was convenient to get to . Weirs beach was within 5 min from the property, Shaw's, Walmart and fast food was all local as well. Pool was nice but was a bit of a walk or short drive up . The only problem we encountered was a few of the chairs at the table were broken, other then that no issues at all . We liked that it's pet friendly as well we brought our Chihuahua. Would definitely stay again

Outstanding property

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location of the property is great - super convenient to grocery shopping, stores, sitesighting, and restaurants. The view from the deck is so relaxing and there is nothing better than enjoying a morning coffee overlooking the lake, mountains, and forest. The condo is very tastefully decorated, very very comfortable and very well equipped with all the comforts of home. I would highly recommend this place!!!

Wonderful condo

Accommodation was as described. A car is needed to see sites or for going into town. It is walking distance going down a hill to the dock. To go to the pool, you must walk up or drive up a hill about a quarter of a mile. Very clean and would stay again!
