We stayed here with my guide dog, Dublin five years ago and loved the delightful New Hampshire location. We were pleased to repeat our visit since this condo is a very clean and most welcoming accommodation. It is also very close to many Lake Winnipesaukee adventures, like the scenic railroad and scenic lake cruise, both of which we thoroughly enjoyed. The hosts, Josefina and Luis were readily available for any questions we had and even suggested a nearby restaurant, GREENSIDE in Tilton where we had the special saffron seafood risotto, my husband’s favorite dish. We highly recommend this lovely, comfortable place to stay, no matter in what season you choose to vacation. You won’t be disappointed.

Family Visit

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo, and look forward to staying there again. The location is great and the surroundings are pleasant and peaceful. The owners were very easy to communicate with and addressed our concerns in a timely manner.

Very nice condo. Would receive 5 stars except for spiders outside the front door. This would actually be the responsibility of the condo association. The need to pressure wash the outside entrance area.

Great experience

My family had a great stay at the location , everything was convenient to get to . Weirs beach was within 5 min from the property, Shaw's, Walmart and fast food was all local as well. Pool was nice but was a bit of a walk or short drive up . The only problem we encountered was a few of the chairs at the table were broken, other then that no issues at all . We liked that it's pet friendly as well we brought our Chihuahua. Would definitely stay again

Summer in Laconia

We had a wonderful time at this condo. The owner would respond right away with any questions. The housekeeper made us homemade blueberry cake that was wonderful. The rooms were spacious and the kitchen was well stocked. This is a pet friendly property so we had our golden with us. Thank you so much for the memories and plan on staying here again. The location was perfect.

Hmmm

The condo was nicely layed out, but not as clean as we would have expected. The owners were good to work with and responded to our concerns. The little things that make a difference - housekeeper failed to provide dishwasher soap, a new roll of paper towels, new rolls, or adequate rolls of toilet tissue and facial tissue [we were there for eight nights]. The owners were quick to respond and contacted the housekeeper regarding these necessary and expected items,, and she did bring some after we had been in the condo for about 3 days, but by then we had already purchased those isupplies as they were needed sooner rathet than later.

Nice Condo

This is a nice condo. The electronics,tv etc. were way beyond our technical ability but that's because we are old.There are a lot of stairs so this is not the place for someone with bad knees. All in all a nice place with a great view from the master bedroom.
