Very cozy and comfortable. It was so quiet, never even heard any others guest come and go. Beautiful view of Lake Winnapesaukee. We had everything we needed and a nice location to get around . Would recommend this for a couple.

This amazing place far exceeded my expectations! The bed was sooo comfy, the kitchenette had everything we needed, and the screened in porch quickly became our favorite place to start and end the day. The beach area was exceptionally clean, and we spent hours in the crystal clear water. We loved it so much we’re planning on returning next year with kids and grandparents. Thank you Joe! Your little slice of heaven provided exactly what we needed for a relaxing weekend away!
