Spacious unit with a beautiful view

My family and I had a great, week long stay in unit 401. My family and I (6 adults and 3 children) had plenty of space, and the view was beautiful. Overall everything was just as described by the owner. We had a few minor things come up, that Toni helped with immediately. We would stay here again.

Very Best!

Our family has vacationed at Ocean Vista 4 separate times and absolutely loved it! This particular condo was the very best for our family (although 402 is wonderful if you need a 4 bedroom). This condo has everything you need and the location is just perfect. The balconies (there are THREE) are great as well. The balcony facing the ocean provides a great ocean view yet you never sit directly with the sun beating you; enjoy your coffee in the morning and a drink in the evening without being too hot or blinded by the sun. It is luxuriously decorated. The location in the building could not be better. Almost like having your private building!

Beautiful spacious condo

Condo was very spacious and clean. Pool is kept warm and was very refreshing at the end of a day on the beach. Building and grounds are kept up well. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

2023 Daytona Bike Week

Such an amazing stay! Perfect location right on the beach Have been coming to bike week for over 30+ years and this stay was a gem! The condo was perfect and comfortable for the 6 guys that stayed Had all of the necessities for cooking after we shopped and filled the fridge Looking forward to future stays ! Will 100 percent be back ! Communicating with Toni / Joanne was simple and always available Check in was simple and when we asked for a later check out they couldn’t have been more accommodating Our bikes were safe in the garage Honestly don’t have 1 bad thing to say! It was our home away from home but even better

Great Week in Ocean Vistas 401

Joanne's condo was the perfect place for my me, my husband, our daughter, her husband and 2 of her sons ages 7 and 14 to spend visiting her oldest son who is a freshman at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Although not ocean front there was an excellent view of the ocean from the large veranda. The condo is beautifully decorated and large enough that we could all have our own bedrooms (two younger boys shared) and bathrooms. The kitchen is well appointed and stocked with many basic needs. We ate in most nights and made good use of the electric grill on the veranda. The younger boys especially liked the heated pool and the beach, spending most of their days out there. Dealing with Joanne and Toni was extremely easy. We look forward to maybe returning again next year.

Perfect

We have gratitude and appreciation to Joanne to open her home to our family. The property is more spectacular than the pictures, it is well equipped like home and communication with Joanne and Tonni was outstanding. The balcony view was a special surprise and the building was maintained to perfection. Our family of 10 was able to spread out yet spending time together was the highlight using the kitchen designed for entertainment. I cannot recommend this property enough. First 5-rating for me and well deserved. Thank you!

Beautiful condo with beautiful views!

We had a wonderful stay at the Ocean Vistas condo. A very spacious, beautifully decorated home away from home. Toni meet us on arrival to take us on a tour of our condo. We had 8 people and had lots of space to spread out. Having 3 & 1/2 baths was wonderful. We loved having so many balconies to choose from! It allowed us to see sunsets and sunrises from our balconies. We had a wonderful week and look forward to staying again in the future!

Beautiful Condo/Perfect Location

This 3 bedroom Condo fit perfect for 3 couples traveling for Bike Week. Each bedroom had a King bed and the condo was very spacious/clean/beautifully decorated. View from balcony was beautiful. Parking was very easy and was covered which worked out great with motorcycles. Toni was great and very accommodating and responded quickly to questions. This is a clean and spacious condo! 3 Bedrooms all with their own on-suite full bathroom! Loved all the outdoor deck space and view of the ocean (also could hear the ocean waves)! Wonderful Blessing!

This was an amazing property that was beautifully decorated and felt like home the minute we walked in. It was very clean and so comfortable that I literally felt like crying when it was time to leave. The property manager was wonderful and made sure she was available if we needed anything.
