Tre sovrum lägenhet med mycket stor Master Suite som innehåller en stor säng, sittgrupp, överdimensionerade Master Bath, 42 "LED-TV, Blue Ray-spelare och privat tillgång till Lanai / inglasad balkong plus ett stort golv till tak fönster, det enda mellan dig och havet är stranden. Andra sovrum med dubbelsäng, 42 "LED-TV, Blue Ray-spelare och vackra havsutsikt. Tredje sovrum med två enkelsängar, 32 "TV, DVD-spelare och utsikt över havet. Det finns också en krubba / stift och en barnstol i lägenheten för barn. Varje rum har utsikt över havet.

Vackert inredda kök med körsbär skåp och bänkskivor i granit. Två handfat, alla rostfria vitvaror och mycket väl utrustade. Vardagsrum med drottning bäddsoffa, överdimensionerade stolar, öppen spis, 42 "TV, DVD, stereo och direkt tillgång till havet Lanai. Enheten har telefon med obegränsad fjärrsamtal till alla var i USA och Kanada, samt tillgång till höghastighetsinternet i enheten och digital kabel med Interative TV.

Direkt Ocean främre hörnet enhet med utsikt miles av vackra sandstränder. Extra stor hörnet Lanai / balkong med utsikt över havet och över kanalerna. Stunning Condo

Everyone of us enjoyed staying in this condo! Views are spectacular, decor is lovely, balcony is super large, beds are very comfortable, very spacious!! It definitely lives up to its name Million Dollar Condo! We would definitely rent this unit again.

Luxurious Ocean Front Condo

From booking, to checkout, the staff was professional & welcoming. The home is comfortable, decorated well and beautiful. The view is amazing, the pool is clean, the ocean is beautiful. We walked morning & evening on the beach. The firepit so nice. You can relax around the fire while watching the waves.

Experienced Daytona With A View

This condo unit was clean and updated. Everything you need is more than likely supplied. We loved the views. The patio was amazing. More than enough room to entertain throughout. The master bedroom and bathroom was so spacious and we loved the ocean view from the chairs looking out the huge floor to ceiling window. We loved cooking on the grill and the rest of the amenities on sight of the units were very clean and well maintained. We loved the security of the building and of the underground parking garage. We felt very safe! You won’t be disappointed with this unit. I give it FIVE STARS!

Totally awesome condo. Absolutely exceeded our expectations. Quiet and beautiful ! Wonderful for our party of 6 a d could easily accommodate a couple more!!!! Cheri was awesome and communicated well with us with any questions especially about post Hurricane Milton. Will definitely recommend this one and we would definitely come back!!!

Spacious with Lovely Oceanfront Balcony

Our family of six enjoyed our stay at Ocean Vistas. The condo was spacious and it was nice to have separate areas and bathrooms for each group. We enjoyed spending some time on the balcony with the gorgeous oceanfront view. The eighth floor gave us a great view of the ocean as well as the pelicans when they flew by. We had some rain during our stay and the large balcony provided an outdoor space so that we could still enjoy the ocean breeze and beautiful view even in the rain! Thanks to our host for her help at check in as well. Great vacation stay at Ocean Vistas!

Spacious Condo.

Very nice and spacious condo. Great location. Great view. Only problems were the overhead air vents made a clicking noise that kept some of us awake sometimes. I think it was 2 times we had to use the bathroom plunger to unstop the commodes. Other than that everything was wonderful. .

Beautiful condo!

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. Check in was easy. Parking was not a problem like most places on the beach. Easy beach access and pool area was great for our little ones. Beautiful views from all of the bedrooms and living room. Communication with the owner/management was quick and reliable before and during stay. Overall was the best place our family has stayed in Daytona in years. Would love to visit again here next year.

This is the second time staying at this condo. Six adults stayed this time and we had plenty of space plus I was able to bring my little 🐶. I love the convenience to restaurants and shopping. I highly recommend this condo.

This condo is so beautiful! Can’t wait to come back. Everything you need is here. Just bring your food. It is huge, extremely clean, just beautiful!!! Location for us was great! Quiet and a short drive to the main Daytona Beach attractions. Highly recommend.

Our stay at this condo was great,it's a beautiful condo on a quiet part of the beach but within walking distance of the ocean walk shops. The condo is very clean and it's in a very well taken care of building with really great security. The best part of the condo is the views they are amazing! We had 8 people staying in it and there was plent of room for everyone. We can't wait to stay there again next year!

Maria and property management was extremely helpful and very easy to get a hold of. We encountered no problems. Property manager called to set up an appointment apon arrival to show the condo and amenities throughout the property. Our family has been visiting Daytona Beach Shores for the last 20 years. We fell in love with area. We Enjoy the world's best known beach; the great weather, restaurants, activites such as the Ocean Walk area, which includes amusements, the pier, cineplex theaters, 'Bubba Gump' restaurant (our favourite), outdoor entertainment and small boutiques; close to world class theme parks, including Disney and Universal studios; and main events such as Indy 500 and Biketober fest, Bikeweeks. There is always something to enjoy and discover while in Daytona.

Varför värden valde detta boende

Visiting Daytona Beach Shores during the last 20 years, we have had the priveledge of renting condos in the many wonderful buildings the area offers. When we visited our unit in Ocean Vistas for the first time it was, 'love at the first sight'. When you visit you will now what we mean. The building offers first class amenities: a five-star grand lobby; a modern clubroom which includes a library, sushi bar eating area, fireplace, pool table all over-looking the Ocean. It is a great place to sit and relax and enjoy friendly company after a day at beach. The second floor also offers a sauna, large exercise room with state of the art equipment, LCD tv's, also over-looking the Ocean. Across from clubroom,there is a business center,equipped with a computer and wireless internet,fax and copy machine. When you step ouside onto the building grounds, you will find yourself in the best ocean front area Daytona Beach Shores has to offer. With a large infinity, heated pool, hot-tub, and the only fire-pit in the area to enjoy romantic, moonlit evenings. The building has a state of the art security system. You and your family will feel safe here. Another reason why we bought in Ocean Vistas is that the building offers weekly rentals, unlike many other buildings in the area which offer two weeks' minimum rentals and higher -- should you decide to stay less than two weeks, in most cases you will find yourself in an uncomfortable situation with the condominum association. It is a situation to be avoided when you are on vacation. At Ocean Vistas this is something you do not have to worry about. You are a welcome guest. Although some buildings in Daytona Beach Shores may also offer weekly rentals, they do not offer the luxurious amenities, and security Ocean Vistas enjoys.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Ocean Vistas has indoor hallways. Our unit is on the 8th floor. The condo is a direct ocean front, corner unit with a wrap around balcony. Every room has views of the Ocean. You will enter through double, eight-foot doors to a grand foyer and hallway which leads to the living room offering a stunning, wall to wall view of the Ocean. There are two sliding doors that lead to the 400+ sq.ft., wrap-around balcony. You will be able to enjoy a panoramic view of the beach from the Daytona Pier (North) to the Ponce Inlet (South) without obstruction. The unit has a large master bedroom with sliding doors to the balcony, and a large floor to ceiling window. When you sit down in front of this window, you will find there is nothing between you and the water other than the beach. The modern and spacious kitchen has cherry cabinets, granite counter-tops, stainless steel appliances, including a wine cooler, and is fully equipped. The condo has been professionally decorated and showcases Thomasville furnishings--with no expense spared. There are many models in Ocean Vistas. Ours is a corner unit, with the largest direct Oceanfront balcony in the building. Compare before you reserve your memorable vacation. Please note that Ocean Vistas Association requires a mandatory tour of the building prior check in at no cost to you .
