Memories of a lifetime are made at Noelani #307. Enter this home and be immediately greeted by the blue glow of the beautiful Pacific Ocean. No detail has been overlooked in this meticulously remodeled home. Gorgeous stone counters and backsplash along with crisp white cabinets and new stainless appliances make this kitchen a dream to cook in. All serving and cooking utensils are supplied. The view is an added bonus. The breakfast bar is perfect for morning brunch buffets and opens to a dining table for up to 6.

The living room showcases the unstoppable ocean views and offers access to the private patio. Meals never taste as good as they do when dining al fresco with turtles swimming and whales breaching in the background. You’ll find all of the comforts of home including cozy seating, AC, wall-mounted SMART TV, and a sleeper sofa to sleep up to 6.

The primary bedroom is upstairs and has its own panoramic view lanai with lounge chairs. What a great spot for morning coffee. You’ll find a plush cal king bed, a large dresser with a vanity area, AC, and TV in this room. The primary en suite bath has a tiled walk-in shower and dual stone vanity areas so nobody has to fight for space when getting beach ready. The second upstairs bedroom has a king bed, AC unit, TV, and louvered windows to allow the ocean breeze in while you sleep. The second full bath is available for all to use just outside the second bedroom and has a full-size shower. The main floor features a half bath for convenience, and a washer and dryer are in the unit to allow for lighter packing.

Noelani Resort is nestled between Kapalua and Kaanapali and just moments from many of Maui’s top beaches. This property offers OCEANFRONT everything. Both pools, jacuzzi, and even the BBQ grill stations are all oceanfront and have spectacular sunset views. There is a sandy beach on the north side of the complex flanked by lava rocks and coral that allow for great snorkeling. You can find dining and shopping less than half a mile away, including local favorite eateries The Beach House Bar and Grill, Miso Phat Sushi, and pizza and grinders at Dollie’s Pub and Café.

Great location and comfortable living space

This location is fabulous and our ocean front view was perfect. A small beach is just a short walk away, and there is a small cove where the green turtles gather in abundance - we counted 24 at one time! The kitchen was well stocked with all the supplies we needed and it was perfect for our family of five. We will definitely consider staying here again next time we visit Maui.

Peaceful Paradise!

We loved our stay! The condo is steps away from the water’s edge. Spent a great deal of time sitting on the balconies listening to the waves crashing and spotting whales in the distance. The condo was clean and well stocked. We would definitely stay here again. A great experience for our first trip to Maui!

Beautiful location and condo

Beautiful views all the way around and great property!! Some attention is needed - the coffee pot did not work, nor did the ice maker and appreciated the binoculars but they were broken. There was a ripped screen and communication with the host via text was extremely slow and had to send multiple messages for them to respond. Loved the layout of everything, especially the mirrors to open up the space and the built in desk upstairs!

Beautiful property and condo

The views from the balconies are stunning (just like in the photos). We loved having beach chairs for our use provided with the condo. The condo and property are well cared for and in a fantastic location. We had a great time and it was nice having our family of five able to stay all together in one condo.

Beautiful view, great spot.

We often try to see a lot of what a new spot has to offer. On this trip we spent a LOT of time just relaxing at this property. Pool, hot tub, BBQ, beach, walking, grabbing food from nearby or wandering into Lahaina. It worked very well for my two teenagers and me.

This property was everything we had hoped it would be . I would highly recommend it ! We loved being able to walk a short distance to the beach and enjoyed watching the turtles sunning themselves. The unit was very clean with plenty of parking . We all loved our stay here

Great place to hold a family reunion experience

The location of this condo was one of the prime reasons to stay here. The condo is right next to the ocean where turtles feed on a daily basis on the underwater lava rocks and come up onto the shore to sleep and rest during low-tide times when feeding is not possible. Having two lanai spaces was a plus. Shopping was nearby and could be reached either by walking or driving to when there was a need to carry larger bags of groceries.

Spring Break in paradise

Loved the location. Lots of turtles every day. Snorkeling close by. Nice neighbors, friendly “regulars” at the grill with plenty of advise. The downstairs bedroom was perfect for grandma. We were able to get parking in the lot each time.

Views Galore

This condo was a big winner. The views are the star of the show! Saw lots of whales from both balconies, and many sea turtles on the beach. The condo was well maintained and well outfitted. The property management company was excellent. The locale is terrific, and the condo was exactly as it was described. We highly recommend this rental!

Great place for Family Stay

We had a wonderful week at the Noelani. The location is fantastic and the view from the lanai was like a postcard. Kahana Beach was just a short walk away down at the end of the property and we watched the turtles every afternoon as they came to the rocks near shore (right in front of our unit) to feed and sun. The only couple of concerns that we had was that we needed to wash the dishes and silverware ourselves once we arrived as a few of the plates and silverware were not as clean as they could have been. And the floor/carpeting left red stains on our socks. I am sure that this is due to the high copper content of the dirt in the area. However, because we were requested to not wear shoes in the unit, it left several pairs of our socks discolored. We did have an issue with the dryer which was promptly handled by the management company. Those couple of issues aside, we would happily visit the Noelani again.

Perfect Maui vacation spot!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We took our first family vacation to Maui and needed a place close to food and activities while still staying away from the “resort life”. This checked all the boxes. From the welcome gifts (assorted snacks and cards) to the breathtaking views, our family was not disappointed. Being able to look out on the lanai and see sea turtles swimming and sun bathing was an experience we will not forget. We used the pool to refresh at the beach at the end of a long day. The condo was spacious and stocked with all the cooking supplies we needed to make meals for the week. There is a grocery store a few minutes away to fill the fridge and cupboards with food. All I’m all, this was a great spot to spend the week in Maui!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I like the old way to visit the Noelani. More expensive now with much less than before. Who wants to clean on vacation? that service is now gone. And why can't you supply spices. They wipe all when they clean for the next guests. Our sheets downstairs were a mess. Bunched something terrible. When I ago on vacation I don't want to start out in a bad mood. Put a little zing since we have to pay more.

Wonderful Maui Family Vacation

My family (four adults) had a wonderful time at this condo. The views are outstanding, the space is large, the kitchen is pretty well stocked (even some left over oils and spices, which is always appreciated). The whole complex is quiet and inviting. You see turtles daily, which always makes us happy. The only close beach is really small, but it's a quick and easy drive to the bigger North Ka'anapali beach (around Honua Kai / Westin) or the main Ka'anapali beach. The only real complaint that we have are the beds. The king bed upstairs is not that comfortable (you can feel the springs) and the bed is tilted. My dad was in the queen room and said the bed was "fine, but that's about it", and my aunt was in the twin room and said they were the same as the king. I know mattress preference is personal, so what I care about you may not. It is important to note that even with the beds not being that comfortable (or to our liking) we would all stay here again in a heartbeat. The beds aside, the entire trip was fantastic and would head back.

Perfect location!

We loved everything about our stay here. The condo was nicely furnished and very clean. The views from the balconies were the best! We watched turtles swim for hours.
