SEASONAL- RENTED for the 2026 Season! $23,500 plus utilities for the Friday before Memorial Day to the Tuesday after Labor Day. Plus a 15% security deposit ($3,525) due 30 days prior to check in date.
This 3BR, 2.5 BA sleeps 6 with 3 comfortable queen beds. Enjoy your morning coffee in the sun-filled Florida room which looks out over the patio and lovely landscaped community pond. Whip up a gourmet meal in the fully equipped kitchen or take a short walk to the popular Big Fish Grill or Arena's Cafe. A short bike or car ride takes you to fabulous dining and shopping in Rehoboth Beach or to the tax-free outlet malls. After your fun-filled day, take a dip into the community pool, or flex your muscles at the community tennis court or clubhouse! You can even hop on the nearby bike trail and pedal to historic Lewes. NO PETS and NO SMOKING please.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.
VRBO BOOKINGS: This property is hosted by the management company noted as owner on this site. After booking the property you will be charged a booking fee by VRBO. ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. Once you have booked on VRBO, you will be contacted by a representative from the management company via phone or email and you will be sent a Lodging Agreement that must be signed to confirm your reservation. Wonderful Stay

Wonderful little townhome with a great location. Nice sun room to enjoy your morning coffee in, and quite neighborhood to walk or bike ride.

Cute house, had most of the things we needed in the kitchen, so that was appreciated. Nice pool for us to use, super close to our unit :) I left my purse there and the agent called and said she would send it back out to me, so I really was grateful for that. Really friendly agents-I would definitely recommend :)

Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is spacious, reasonably well appointed and we always enjoy staying at Eagles Landing. During our stay we encountered the following issues:Dishwasher was not working properly Clothes dryer made huge racket and shook the entire space during its final cyclePoor lighting in bedrooms for nighttime reading in bed.... one nighttable and no reading light, the other night table had a flimsy small table light that was of little help.Several of the bathroom doors were warped and didn't close properly.

This place is clean and with a nice layout. More than enough room for the two of us. It’s a quick drive to Rehobeth or any of the surrounding beaches.

Great location, kitchen needs thorough cleaning

Listing did not have that linens are separate cost. Kitchen was not clean, moldy dishes in dishwasher, coffee maker was unusable, overall lots of crumbs and dirty. Rest of the place was immaculate. Dryer screeches but dries clothes. Fantastic location, short drive to the beach, close to restaurants and outlets.

Love this location and community. House was good enough for a short week, but not very lived in, compared to others that we've stayed in. Lovely decor, layout, and location!

Quiet condo

It was clean and quiet which I loved. Was perfect for vacation. The only, and I mean only thing I would change, would be they would put a topper on the spare beds to make them more comfortable. Looking to stay again
