We were very disappointed with this stay. Before I booked this place I messaged the owner / RE/Max regarding the property details and was given responses that ended up not being accurate. For example, the vrbo listing said one of the bedrooms had a daybed and 2 twin beds, but after I booked the non-refundable stay the owner said there are only 2 twin beds in that room. Another example, the vrbo listing said there is free wifii, but we were not provided any wifii info (username and password) upon check in, and after we asked about it on the phone they said it was a comcast issue and we did not get wifii until the last 2-3 days of our 6 day stay, which prevented us from using the smart TV for entertainment and precluded me from working while in the unit. The upstairs toilet was clogged with fresh feces after we checked in, which means the cleaning crew did not do a thorough job cleaning the unit and we had to unclog the toilet ourselves. During our stay they changed out 2 twin beds without asking our consent and they ended up leaving out the fitted sheets on the new twin beds, which caused stress on us to arrange for getting new fitted sheets. I believe the major issue is that the unit is managed by RE/Max, not an individual owner, so there was no clear understanding of what the unit has and doesn't have and when we call about issues there is no clear communication between the different agents. The main positive is that is close to the beach.
