Be the first to relax and enjoy your stay in this beautifully appointed, professionally decorated three bedroom, four bath condo. No expense was sparred when decorating this condo, with a 60'' HD TV in the living room, a 55'' in the master, 44'' in the 2nd bedroom and 44'' plat panel wall mounted tv in the 3rd bedroom.

Upon entering you can't help but let out a sigh and let your worries go as you relax in this 2000 sq. ft condo. The south gulf facing living room has floor to ceiling windows and breath taking views. A wet-bar and ice-maker will enhance any party. The large balcony has unbelievable views of the waves and beach.

The condo's master bedroom has a king bed, the 2nd bedroom also has a king bed, the 3rd bedroom has two queen beds. There are two twin rollaway beds providing sleeping accommodations for 10. Each bedroom has its own adjoining full bath with granite counter tops and an extra full bath off the hallway. The master bath has a jacuzzi tub and a stand alone shower. The kitchen has been upgraded to include granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a coffee maker.

Come enjoy our newest amenities that include a new adult pool in addition to the already wonderful and relaxing outdoor pool, lazy river and slide. Kids can enjoy the upgraded, fun and lively splash pad. The grill area has been updated to a large covered pavilion that also includes games like corn hole etc. If you don’t feel like cooking or going out to eat, you can grab a drink and a bite to eat at the on-site cafe and; bar. There is a well stocked souvenir shop as well for those last minute essentials and memories to take home.

The Oasis also offers basketball courts, pickle-ball courts, tennis court and putting green. The heated indoor pool is perfect for those cooler days. Near the indoor pool you will find four hot tubs. There is a great fitness room located on the 15th floor overlooking the beach, with two more hot tubs and saunas on the floor below. You have covered parking in the garage.

For your convenience we have installed a keyless entry door lock so you and your family/friends do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay!

Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $60 per vehicle. Any 3br unit you rent at Oasis guarantees you can purchase up to two parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but please do not expect the front desk to sell extra passes during the summer season.

Family vaca

Few issues that could be improved; washer bounces out of control when spinning, dryer buzzer could not be turned off and would wake everyone up, mattresses were not good despite being told they were all new. After seeing other reviews about beds I reached out to rental company. She assured me they had all been replaced. 3 of the beds had sink holes. Rolled straight to the middle. The master was just old and uncomfortable. I would stay here again but not this condo. We actually left before our week was up due to the beds.

When we arrived we wiped down the kitchen counter and the cloth was very dirty. All of our white socks were black when walking on the floors. Then one of our guests has a severe dairy and tree nut allergy. At 2 a.m. he woke up with hives all over his body. He took a shower, moved to the couch, got hives again. At 4 a.m. he finally woke us up to tell us what was happening. I had an extra set of sheets so I went to change the sheets. There were crumbs not only in the original sheets, but under the mattress pad. Both beds were like this in that room. I decided to pull back the covers in the unused bed to find food particles in it. My husband had to wait until Walmart opened to go buy a zipper mattress cover, a new blanket, and mop to clean the room. I went to find the vacuum and it would not work because there was molded dust stuck to the inside of the canister. Whomever is the cleaning company needs a lesson on how to properly clean.

The kitchen was well stocked and ice maker was very helpful. The beds are just ok and guest beds could use a replacemenr or mattress topper. The pool and amenities are perfect balance of a day on the beach or snacks, drinks, and lazy river.

Fall Break

We stayed in this condo for our fall break trip with extended family (9 people). The rooms are big and fit all of us comfortably! The condo is well decorated and the kitchen has plenty of dishes to accommodate everyone. There were a few issues that need to be tended to: mold on shower curtain in the bathroom, front bathroom toilet handle sticks and runs nonstop, multiple electric outlets do not work, mold in the toilets, and dirty dishes put back in cupboards upon arrival. We loved our stay and enjoyed the close proximity to the ocean, just wish the condo had been cleaned better prior to our visit (not on the owner of the condo-rather the cleaning crew).

Absolutely Amazing!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were in town for a softball tournament, and could not have had a more perfect place to enjoy our 'down time'. Between the property's beach access, and the pools, and the proximity to shopping and restaurants, it really made our stay an amazing experience. And when the weather wasn't great, it was so nice to have a comfortable indoor option to hang out. The only negative is that the elevators can take a long time during check in time and parking is definitely limited. That, however, is not something that the condo owners would have any control over, and I'm only mentioning it here so that renters are aware they will need to be patient. In my opinion, this condo and the amenities are awesome, and more than make up for any small inconveniences with elevators and parking. Highly recommend and would definitley rent this place again!

Beautiful location

We loved our stay on orange beach. The location was perfect, the overall property was easy to navigate. Our Condo was well equipped with towels and kitchen supplies ( pots, silverware, toaster, separate ice machine.) Our only issue was dirty dishes were put back into the cupboard, that was pretty gross. The overall cleanliness of the condo was not great. We bought some spray cleaner at the store, cleaned up and ran all of the dishes through the dishwasher and moved on.

Thanksgiving get away

The place was great, no problems with elevators at this time of the year. Pools were great, security was good, area was easy to find and close to all things we wanted to see and visit. The place was better than expected. Can not wait till next year!

Beautiful Condo in the perfect location

This was our 2nd annual girl's trip. We are all healthcare workers and started this last year as a break from CoVid. The condo we chose this year was absolutely perfect for our group! It was very clean, spacious, and had the most beautiful gulf view! The condo was very well furnished with everything we needed to make our trip perfect! We are already planning to stay here again next year! Thanks for making our 2nd annual girl's trip fabulous!

Great family vacation!

This condo did not disappoint. It was very clean and the location was great. I had communication prior to arrival with the host and she promptly replied. We had no issues while staying in this condo. It was very quiet and we had everything we needed. My only complaint for the week is that we had a lot of storms this week and security waits way too long to open the pool areas back up. Also we stayed here before and there didn’t seem to be as many tubes for the lazy river as before. All in all my family had a great time and made many memories.

Our stay

Everything was nice minus trying to check in. The front desk said someone else had claimed our parking passes. She insinuated that we were trying to get extra passes even though literally we just arrived. She seemed not to believe us, I had to plead my case that nobody else grabbed passes. She said maybe someone gave the wrong room numbers. Issue I had is, why don't they ask for identification when checking in. That would solve the issue. She was fine but made a point to tell us not to throw things from the balcony lol. Not something I was expecting being with a family and little kids. But apparently they tell everyone that. The property itself was very nice except for the top of the fridge was extremely dusty and there were dirty containers when we took them out for use. There was some loud pipe noises that seemed to strike around 6am. It was coming from our bathroom, loud knocking sounds that doesn't stop for hours. Overall property was great. The elevators situation is a mess at times. Sometimes you can wait up to 20-30 minutes. But was fine most of the time. Great atmosphere most of the time. Definitely not as laid back as I imagined. Pretty loud at night, and could smell marijuana all over the place. It was a strange mix of family and party goers. The beach was really nice but crowded. Lots of cigarette butts and rubbish laying around. Great beach minus those complaints. Even though it was really crowded,All the visitors were extremely nice and friendly. Our kids had a great time. The lazy river and slide were extremely crowded, same with the pool. Lots of great dining options and things to do close by, a big plus. Overall solid spot, minus those handful of complaints. Would recommend for a family that doesn't mind a little party/family hybrid vacation.

Not our best vacation

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The vacation rental condo was accurate on the location and amenities but it was advertised as not pet friendly. We were expecting a condo that had never had any animals inside but within 2 hours off walking into the condo and sitting on the couch my husband started having trouble breathing. It got worse, in the middle of the night my husbands throat was starting to swell and he was complaining of it being hard to swallow. In the morning I removed all of the bedding and washed everything. I should have bought some febreeze or Lysol to clean the living room furniture just to see if it helped. My husband was able to get an inhaler called into Walgreens it helped but it was too late my husband did not feel well the rest of the trip. After getting home he was treated for bronchitis. We have never had an experience like this and the condo is one of the newer ones in the area, not impressed with the cleanliness of the condo. It may look clean on the surface but some animal dander was in that condo.
